Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer

Cons: Hotel room key and safe were old world.

Cons: It is a expensive hotel, the service was not very nice with the exception of concierge, that they did a great gob. The shower was leaking water so every time you use it, there was water all over the restroom, the hair dryer did not work, Just details that you take for granted at that price range hotels.

Cons: Needed more TV sets in the bedrooms.

Cons: No negatives.

Cons: Staff was not friendly nor attentive. The bed was old and had a broken spring.

Cons: Internet and telephone net were very weak Casanova side was not good to stay

Cons: Floor plans complex and not safe. Basic facilities far from everything. Ground floor and lobby bathrooms are so hidden one needs a guide to find them. Many staircases have no hand rails. Cost of bottled water obscene! Drinking water is a basic necessity and should be available not priced as an expensive luxury.

Cons: It's a bit of a far walk from all of the touristy things, but that't not necessarily a bad thing

Cons: except location, everything was pretty bad.

Cons: Room was extremely small and had ants shower stall was about one foot by one foot no tub

Cons: Beds could be queen or king , the 2 single beds are a joke . Pushing them together is pointless. A romantic hotel in one of the best cities on earth , should have bigger beds .

Cons: The staff, room quality and cleanliness.

Cons: Small room with small bath. Could not turn around in the shower.

Cons: When a staff brought my luggage up, I gave 1 euro, it may not be much, but I researched that you do not tip in Europe in general. Staff made sarcastic comments which was very rude. I will not go back here for this one guy, I was ripped off quite a bit in europe, so research and be firm to say "NO" when they ask for more money or tip.

Cons: Last night room next door was beyond rude and loud. Not hotels fault but walls were noticeably thin with loud jerks next door.

Cons: We had a room on the 4th floor without an elevator. Such is the nature of old buildings in venice.

Cons: Very old & tiny room with NO showers!

Cons: The terrace at evening is only for booked sit down meals and we went at just gone 10pm for a drink as only a couple of tables were being used and even though the drinks would have cost use €20 they turned us away as meals only. Also I know its petty but the coffee at breakfast was cheap quality not nice at all for saying its Italy.

Cons: The internet did not work in the room.

Cons: Bad A/C. I couldn't sleep. Too hot, had to open window and then outside noise kept me up.

Cons: Room small, old and not what we expected for + $ 250.00 per night.

Cons: Room was very small; we had 3 large suitcases and it was difficult to maneuver because the space was very small

Cons: ask questions of desk staff acted like they really didn't have time to be bothered to answer my questions.

Cons: Only problem is bathroom with sewer smell, but this is a common issue in Venice.

Cons: Bed was not comfortable Very limited facilities

Cons: There were a lot of maintenence issues. When we got into our room, we noticed that the telephone, refrigerator and one of the wall lights did not work. The staff tried very hard to remedy the situation, but failed. To make up for the problem, they moved us into a new, larger suite. But after settling in to the new room, we found out that the air conditioner, and shower valve were not working. They had a plumber come in to fix the shower valve, but the air conditioner remained broken, and we were forced to open up some windows to get cool air into the room.

Cons: We spend two nights in this hotel. The room was not clean and was very small and smelly. there was not even room for luggage in the room. The worst part was on the first night hotel fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate our room. There was only one staff working at night and he didn't know what was the issue and the alarm was on for the whole night. He couldn't confirm if it was a false alarm and we could go back to our room safely! so we had to stay up in hotel lobby for the whole night!!! What bothered me most was hotel manager didn't show up at all and he didn't even sent anyone to help that one staff. Even the next day when I ask to have a chat with hotel manager they said he doesn't have time for this and I can write a letter to him!!! They didn't give us any compensation for ruining our holiday and I found the manager very rude.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect for me.

Cons: Right off the Main Street so it was very noisy

Cons: Heard people walking upstairs most of the night Concierge gave me different answers when I asked the same question Long wait for shuttle boat

Cons: Restocking the room

Cons: The room was not clean at check in. Used amenities. 1 sopa for 2 persona. A lot of mosquitos. Very small shower.

Cons: For the expensive room rate, I was shocked by a couple of things: - there was no free/included wifi - there were mosquitoes in the room. is it terribly hard to install screens? - there were stains on the wall from mosquitoes being squashed/killed - service was just OK One night is not enough time to take advantage of the amenities you're paying for.
