Pros: Easy to get to. Hotel located right at the end of the bus/taxi stop. Taxi stand right outside front door. No need to drag or pay porter taxi to haul your bags to hotel, Located next to Grand Cannel and water bus stop.

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the bus and train station as well as a vaparetto stop.

Pros: Perfect location if you don't want to haul bags. next to bus station and across the walking bridge from the train station. Great breakfast included.

Pros: The hotel is quaint with traditional furnishings and decor. Its location right on the Piazzale Roma is excellent if you don't want to stay right on St Marks Square. Very accessible to the seaport, train bus and vaporetto terminals. Was excellent for us coming in by ship and out by bus to the airport.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location about 50yards from where the airport bus drops you off. We had an amazing room on the first floor which looked straight out on the grand canal. The selection of breakfast was good with fruit, cereal, cold meats, bread and croissants and the view onto the canal from the dining room was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a fantastic base to explore this amazing city and it is well worth walking over to st marks square once or twice as opposed to taking the boat just to see the less touristy parts of the city. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel, some very over expensive, but sitting by the water having a drink in one of the most beautiful cities in italy is priceless. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Water bus just outside, 2 stops to Rialto bridge, 4 to St Marks Square. Shops accessible on foot. Perfect place to stay, staff were lovely. Good breakfast to set you up for the day.

Pros: The breakfast is wonderful and I loved our room. We got one king sized bed, but there were two floors and it resembled a cozy cabin type! It was great!

Pros: The hotel is a contemporary renovation of a very old building, it is very aesthetically pleasing. The bar was small but comfortable, staff very helpful. Ample breakfasts for ever hungry teenagers.

Pros: The quiet location was perfect with all the major attractions of Venice within easy reach. The staff were excellent from the welcome on arrival to booking a taxi for our final departure, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was first class and the ambience and quality of the hotel helped to make our stay, every thing we hoped for.

Pros: Very good breakfast, and there was a free use computer that enabled e-mail comms if needed 24 hrs / day. The staff were very helpful. It is in a quiet area but close enough for seeing the sites.

Pros: Situated in a more residential part of town - but only 10 - 15 min walk to all main attractions this hotel was awesome. Staff were ridiculously friendly. Place is like a 5 star hotel. Completely renovated - all high tech switches in the rooms. Extremely cheap for what you get. Will be only place I stay in Venice from now on!

Pros: Excellent service by very professional staff who were extremely helpful with all our needs. We had special religious needs on Saturday and the staff was very cooperative. The atmosphere was very special in this boutique hotel in Cannareggio area of Venice on the canal. Absolutely peaceful and serene atmosphere that made us forget all everyday concerns. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again this summer when we return to visit Venice.

Pros: My husband and I recently stayed at the Ai More d'Oriente for 4 days and 3 nights in December 2014 and loved it. Here's what we loved: LOCATION - The location was perfect... close, easy access to the vaperatto's (Venice's water taxis) as well as a short walk to the city center. STAFF - The staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. AMENITIES - Free wi-fi and breakfast. ROOMS - Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated rooms. The rooms are small but 1. that's to be expected in Europe and 2. We didn't come to Italy to stay in the room so the size wasn't an issue for us. Overall we felt we got an excellent value for what we paid. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff was very professional, the room was incredibly comfortable and had a consistent oriental style; the breakfast was basic but of the greatest quality. The hotel is a bit far from the center of Venice, but this is good if you like a bit of peace and quiet.

Pros: The Hotel Giorgione was in a fantastic location to see the major sights in Venice. We arrived by water taxi - it may not be so convenient if you intend to arrive by public water bus. Breakfast was lovely - served in a lovely quiet and pretty courtyard. All in al,l we had a superb long weekend stay in Venice.

Pros: The staff is fabulous - professional; gracious; welcoming; informative. The rooms are decorated in the true Venetian style. The location is charming - a quiet neighborhood; easy access to 2 vaporetto stops; easy to walk to most locations; and the excellent Osteria Giorgione restaurant [we ate there 3 out of our 4 night stay! We will likely be staying at the hotel, for all return visits.
