Taipei hotels in Zhongzheng District

Pros: Great location.

Pros: The staff lived up to its reputation as being both friendly and helpful. Also, we visited the Shangri-La while in Taipei and glad we stayed at the Landis. The other hotels had an industrial feel and totally impersonal. Will be returning.

Pros: This is a very elegant hotel with a wonderful layout. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and very clean, with spacious bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredible. They all displayed high quality customer service and were extremely helpful, from getting us taxis to helping us find local places to eat as well as suggestions of where to go to see things in Taipei. The breakfast was very well organized and had a mix of western and Chinese food. One of the Manager's Johnny was very kind and respectful and always made sure that we were happy. The whole stay was amazing and would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Taipei. For the service and amenities this hotel offered I believe this was an excellent deal in terms of cost. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Pros: excellent service, good but busy location..

Pros: I always stay at the Landis when I visit Taipei. The service is excellent, the food is good and the staff friendly & competent. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is great. It is very much like a boutique hotel, if that is what you enjoy.

Pros: I had updrade for suite room for 1 night, really lovely. Hotel modern with a delicious pastry in the ground floor. Staff really polite.

Pros: Luxury hotel with very nice staff. All the staff there are very nice and with good attitude. Room is spacious, neat and tidy. ~5mins walk to the metro station. Taking Uber to attractions aren't far away as well. Special thanks to Olivia, Guest Relations Manager, she helped to make a very memorable celebration. Will definitely consider it if heading back to Taipei again.

Pros: It is beautiful, classy and full of history. But some facilities are too old and need updates. It took a long walk to get to my room. since I had knee joint problem, it was a painful experience.

Pros: Yes, I like breakfast.

Pros: There's a bus to take you to and from the airport right to the hotel for approximately $3. It's convenient to get to the National Palace Museum, a fabulous museum of Chinese art. The restaurant is OK, but we enjoyed the club restaurant which is on the campus.

Pros: Very modern, great decore, excellent staff with very good English language skills, great breakfast, excellent cocktails in lounge.

Pros: I had the biggest surprise when I found out my room actually had a window. The website stated that it didn't have a window. The staff was very helpful and attentive to anything that I needed. Granted, I didn't need much because everything exceeded my expectations. The lobby has a very "Trendy" feel with the audio/visual video loop of the models walking down the Catwalk.
