Assume most customers to be tourist as the management got no sense for needs of business travelers Rooms not sound proof at all (could hear my neighbors talking and snoring like there was no wall in between). Bring your ear plugs if you consider this place. Airport nearby, some noise from planes. Laundry service very expensive for Taiwan...

Pros: The room is clean and spacious. There is a heater to keep the room warm. There are even heater along the corridor. The buffet breakfast is acceptable. Although the hotel is not located very near any MRT stations, the receptionists are very helpful and they will help you to get a cab within a short time. The cab fare to Nangang HSR Station is about NT$150. The staff at the counter can communicate fluently in simple English. They are polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons: The swimming pool close at 8pm, we cannot enjoy it at evening time, The light in my cupboard didn't switch off, I had to sleep 2 nights with light on (quite disturbing). I tried to call the reception at midnight, noone replied.

Many choices of transportation, restaurants, markets, convenience stores, and banks. Bus stop and MRT station are within 3-5 minutes walk to Shude High School bus stop and Xihu MRT station (brown line). There is a post office a few steps away and there are several banks across the street close to Xihu station for ATM/currency exchanges.

Cons: Booked a two single-bed room for two people but found it too small to move around and switched to a larger one double-bed room for an additional charge. The beds were very soft especially the single beds.

Cons: Noise at 10 pm possibly from repair upstairs. And, it went off and on till 11 pm. It was not terribly loud but clear enough. The hotel should know better providing a quiet place for guests to stay is a must. Plastic big bags in the hallway.
