Pros: The location of Four Seasons is simply perfect!! The amenities such as dinning and facilities such as golf have reality taken me back in what to expect next time I book a hotel. I would like to also thank the staff for making my trip exceptional with going the extra mile to accommodate my needs and help me book everything I needed!! A special thank you to John from the concierge department for helping book my train ticket and personally making sure everything was great. The room itself was extremely spacious with everything and beyond a person could think of. Thank you to the cleaning team for keeping the room sparkly clean thought my stay!! I will definitely be going back!!

The beds were comfy and the additional sofa bed was really wide (around the size of double bed). The housekeeping was really nice too, they tidied up the cords of my computer charger, made sure everything was in place. The concierge and staff in general were also really friendly and very respectful. They were helpful and efficient in their provision of services. The level of english among most of the staff was good and the abilities of some were nearly equivalent to native speakers.

Pros: The staff were all so amazing and friendly. My partner left his backpack with his passport on the bus in Seoul the staff helped us to get the back bag. They went over and above to help us find and get the bag back so we could fly. They recommended some great restaurants closeby and were always available to help. The location of the hotel is right in the centre of all the hustle and bustle of the touristy area of Myeondong.

Cons: We didn't have breakfast included and they didn't tell us that you have to tell them you want breakfast the day before. We went down the morning we were leaving to be told we could not eat there as we had not told them the day before. This needs to be more clear during check in.

The hotel asked to save the earth by hanging the towels if we do not want to change but we found no place to hang the towels. There are few hangers for clothes.

Cons: On our first night, we found hair and stains in our bed. When I complained, they moved us to suite. Doesn't matter we had the best suite in the hotel, the fact that they don't clean the room means it's not a good hotel.

Cons: The staff gave me a bit of flak when I needed a special invoice to get reimbursed by my work and the "pool" was laughable. Good place to crash for the night but honestly, there must be a way better place for as much money as this place charges. The location was fantastic though..I loved being so close to all of the great spots in Seoul. But honestly, my advice is do some homework and save some money.

Pros: The location is super, just minutes walk distance to the MeyongDong Shopping district, very convenience. Lots of restaurants around the place, a convenient store just on the ground floor of the premises, and it opens 24 hours.
Cons: The room is large, comfortable, clean and quite, aircon is bit too warm, could be a little cooler, window is sealed, it would be good that the window can be opened.

Pros: Literally just slept in our room so don’t know what the bars and restaurants were like, but our room was very clean and the bathroom products were really nice. The bidet loo was a great bonus! We had a twin room which was great as the beds were each 4’ wide, I don’t imagine the double beds could have been 8’ wide so another bonus!

Elevators operate efficiently. Hotel hallways also quiet. Top floor view is a plus with coffee and water available throughout the day.

Pros: It was my first time travelling to korea and I was really nervous but the staff at Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong were fantastic! They have English speakers and they’re all so lovely and polite. The rooms were very well sized and extremely clean. The location is incredible! a 10 minute walk to the busy strip of Myeongdong shopping street and subways nearby. Not once did I find it inconvenient. Our flight home wasn’t till late at night and they let us store our bags at the hotel while we savoured our last day. Overall perfect service - extremely accommodating. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and for making my trip even more memorable! I can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Pros: There was a fire in the hotel the alarm didn't work.. I was in floor 18 i was sleeping if I didn't smell I wouldn't know. I would have been dead by now.. I just saw the staff when only could be landed down safely .. I fire fighter was speaking in korean we didn't understand anything only few people were translating

The breakfast selection was amazing. I discovered a problem with my toilet at 1030PM and within literally minutes, the duty manager and a maintenance worker were in my room to fix it. Very impressive indeed. The KA limousine to Incheon airport goes from right outside the hotel so transfer was super easy.

I dont know why the alarm was not working but at least the staff should have went to each floor and start knocking the doors so people could notice When I checked in they took 90;000 korean won cash as guarantee no one returned it back and I dont know when ! Yes they booked an accommodation immediately but still there should be other compensations and apology

Cons: The deluxe room on the 17th floor was exceptionally well-appointed, quiet and dark, but so hot! It was not possible to turn down the heat so it became a little uncomfortable. A 3 bed room on a lower floor was a fraction cooler, but I would caution those looking for a good night's sleep to avoid the floors with family rooms on as we were disturbed by very loud children, literally shrieking, for several hours. With an early flight to get up for, this was rather stressful. That said, the staff at the hotel discreetly removed the noisemakers elsewhere once they became aware, something we only found out about next day, and were extremely impressed by. Thank you staff!

Cons: Huge building site behind the hotel. Construction woke us up on the first night at 5am. Moved rooms, but the second room was also noisy. Moved again to the front of the hotel, which was fine. Staff were apologetic and polite, but disappointing to have to keep negotiating with them to fix this problem. Breakfast good but over-priced.

Cons: room was not as expected from the shown pictures. too expensive for what you get, also they didnt use my credit card for payment and I had to pay in cash and it was even more, than I booked for. I used a usual credit card, which is why I don't accept, that it didnt work. I booked everything with it for my Korea journey. so they also let me pay more than needed. other hotels with same amount of stars, would have been better and same price. never again. plus the breakfast is very bad. very poor choice of meals. sorry cannot recommend this hotel even though I always had good experiences with this hotel brand but this was disappointing. and I would have expected something else, because I always experienced great quality in every Korean 4+ hotel I used to stay. so this would be my first hotel which was really not like the high Korean standard.

However, another customer who was speaking in korean was told he could park his vehicle. Perhaps staff did not expect me to know korean and when I asked about how come some customers can park while others can't, there were stating that they have special agreement/contract with those customers. After long exchange the hotel allowed me to park at hotel's parking lot for 20.000 / over night. I was simply disgusted. I am disappointed that i booked this property for my parents as well, who stayed well over 10 days.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and a beautiful view. We were on the 18th floor. The breakfast was good. I liked the waffles. The location of the hotel is very good. Just 5 minutes from the Myeongdong area.
Cons: We agreed with the woman at the reception the day we arrived that we would like to book a taxi for our return to the airport. The taxi driver was here at that moment and confirmed he will be there at 2:30 pm on the January 31st 2020. We confirmed also. But on the January 31st 2020, at 02:30 pm we did not see the taxi. We asked to the reception. And the lady told us they receives the day before a call from the taxi to confirm the ride to the airport. The woman told us the Hotel called us on the telephone but we did not answered. Obviously because we are tourist and we were not in the room during the day. And as we did not answered the hotel said to the taxi driver to cancel the ride. It is really strange because the hotel could have sent us a short note in our room or even gave us the message for the breakfast or at least when we did the checkout at 11 am on the morning.

Pros: The convenient store at the first floor is selling things at the same price as the supermarket outside, so can purchase there directly. 24 hour check in - check out counter with good English speaking staffs, I’ve requested if I can stay at a corner room and the staff said okay, so I stayed for 7 nights at a spatial corner room with bathtub. Bedroom itself is not very new but the room service is very professional, she clean and vacuumed the floor everyday, I always eat delivery food in my hotel room but after room service there will be no food smell at all. Access water immediately, Air- conditioning keep me very warm at winter time. The location is also very convenient, right in between Myeongdong and Chungmuro with 5 mins walking distance. Myeongdong Street no need say, always very happening, but if just want to get a quick dinner or supper, there are a lots of nice restaurants nearby, I’ve tried total 5 restaurants,3 of them are very very good, the korean bbq restaurant which always having long queue at night is a must try. If want to buy fruits, day time can go towards Myeongdong area, the first intersection to 3 small alley, the uncle who sells fruit quite moderate, but the really good one is outside Chungmuro mrt exit 1, the fruit is really good quality, sweet and cheap. Guess that’s about it.

Cons: Don’t have weighing machine in the room. Will be great if can provide lotion especially Winter is so dry, other hotel with same rate usually provide lotion, but it’s up to the budget, maybe they spend more money on the professional cleaning service.

Cons: Location, about 10 minutes walk to Myeong-dong, not exactly that convenient as we’re traveling in big group. No shopping nearby. The surrounding place is very quiet on weekends/public holiday and after office hours. I sent a few enquiries prior to my arrival, they’re actually quite slow in responses. Anyway, at least they replied me, thanks.

Cons: Mattress cover dirty with previous guest hairs, blanket cover had food stain. And toilet door is broken that cannot be closed properly. Air conditioning only hot air provide in winter season, no cool air even the room is very hot, switch off heater only if you feel hot.

Cons: The room was far too hot. We stayed in January and had the air conditioner on to 15° but it was still too hot. We had to keep the window open to cool it down. The hallway temperature felt perfect, but we could not get the room the same. (Please note, we did not ask staff for assistance, so in hindsight, we probably should have). There was a rear door directly at the elevators that we were unable to use, but would have been great to use as we always ended up walking past it.

Cons: We asked for an early check in and arrived even earlier due to a very efficient bus service from the airport. We were told to go away until the time we had requested, in a very abrupt manner. There was no suggestion as to where we might wait. Luckily the young man who stored our luggage was very helpful and recommended a good place for a meal.

Cons: VERY dated hotel. In desperate need of renovation. Glory days for this place was likely 40-50yrs ago and it appears nothing has changed during this time. No A/C and no opening windows make for a warm stuffy room, even iduring our late October stay.

Cons: Hotel management are not listening to the customer’s problems. Understand that hotel booking is non refundable. However, due to Chinese New Year we are unable to get our KTX tickets early based on the booking rules, we only confirmed our KTX tickets on 7/1 and we couldn’t get our tickets for 23/1 to Busan. So I tried asking the hotel to let me change the booking to 23/1 to 26/1 in Seoul instead of 25/1 to 28/1 in Seoul. Receptionist only asked me to book again from 23/1 to 24/1 instead (no way to discuss) causing me to pay extra for 26 & 27/1 stay. And also when we booked the is called Loisir Hotel. But when we reached there, the hotel name was changed to Migliore Hotel (receptionist said later that they’re changing it in Feb) which caused a lot of confusion in finding the hotel. The Hotel never inform customer for the changes. Hotel location is nice but is old. Will not stay again in future. There are many other nice hotels in myeongdong which is newer and very convenient too.
