Cons: The fact that I had to leave!

Cons: Their claim to have a pool is ludicrous.

Cons: The hotel is very old which is cool, but it need some upgrade.

Cons: There is a lot of traffic directly outside. Not good for early check in.

Cons: Main elevator kept breaking down with immediate repair by local Contracted company. Any baggage moves handled by Hotel. They helped us totally through this minor problem.

Cons: Having to leave so soon. Should have booked a much longer stay!

Cons: Our room had roaches and after getting a minor upgrade, things went downhill. In the fine print, breakfast package excluded my 12 year old daughter, which put us in a weird place because we were then forced to pay for the overpriced breakfast or take her somewhere to eat. The hotel muddled up our booking. We received wrong expectations about our room, which ended up Being small and cramped. Hotel management isn't empowered to take care of customers and we received an "it-is-what-it-is" attitude from the staff. After asking, they said that for a discounted fee, we could upgrade. The total amount meant $250 out of pocket which we couldn't do. This was even after letting them know it was our first time staying there and we were in town to celebrate my brother in law's birthday. The hotel restaurant's food was bland and the quality is not 4 star level. Chefs couldn't even get a boiled egg right for our 18-month old. Every morning, we had to request it at least twice. Room service was poor and slow: a simple order of chicken tenders with ice cream jumped from $12 to $23, between tax and the high delivery fee. To make things worse, after almost an hour, the order arrived with missing silverware and napkins for which we had to call again. Was so let down by this experience. Go to La Concha a block down. The few extra dollars will be well worth it.

Cons: Drinks were very expensive!! 22$ for a local beer and a glass of sangria!! Worst sangria the whole trip! Went down the street and ordered a 3.99 sangria, was the best one!!

Cons: A little pricey. Also someone was smoking on their balcony. We could not sit on our balcony one evening because of the smokers. I was told that the hotel policy allows smoking on the balconies as long as their balcony door remains shut. That may be fine to keep smoke out of the room but it doesn't help guests in nearby rooms. Smoking should not be allowed anywhere on the grounds, including balconies.

Cons: Taxis were too expensive. There's not enough public transportation.

Cons: Food is so-so and overpriced (no big surprise).

Cons: I can not say anything bad about this hotel. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Cons: The bar and loud music is in the check-in area; parking cost not included for guest; food prices very expensive.

Cons: Obviously pricing of hotel restaurants is going to be pricey but it was pretty steep. I wish they offered something along the lines of a free continental breakfast. Other than this I cannot complain!

Cons: The music at the check in area is unbearably loud. My keys didn't work and I had to go back to check in three times, which was annoying, but they did upgrade my view to compensate for the trouble which was nice.

Cons: Beach is great but watch out for little kids cause waves are unpredictable and can get very strong from one second to another. I suggest keep them at the shore.

Cons: Room was not ready until 1.5h after check in. The suite layout was very strange, a lot of empty space and not very convenient. We didn't get room service until 3 days after we came.

Cons: Resort fee added at the end of stay - this is not a resort property, just a standard hotel with a casino is all.

Cons: A/C in our room didn't work. Only received two channels on tv. Advertised as having its own casino inside hotel and there was no casino. Very disappointed.

Cons: No parking, bad service in the front desk. No attention to the guest. They send me to the wrong room with a family inside... They don't pay attention to what they do in the front desk. Not possible to book in the front desk the man make me reserve through a phone and it was not possible. At the end, I had to make the booking on my cellphone because they were not kind enough to make me a reservation.

Cons: It's so unbelievably overpriced for a mid-range style Sheraton it made us choke paying their prices. However, they know they can hold you hostage with those prices given the other hotel options in Old San Juan. Its quite loud in the hallways, but I must say the location is awesome.

Cons: The parking was like $20 a day or so. Valet only. There is parking nearby in a garage that is more economical. We chose to leave out car with the hotel.

Cons: Wish they had a shuttle to pick up at the airport. Also pool was too small. Need different tile for the pool area because that tile is very slippery.

Cons: I had an inner room so did have much of a view but that's ok. I didn't spend kuch time int the room. I would have liked if they had a small store to buy sodas candy and chips.

Cons: I think the only thing that could’ve been better is the dehumidifier in the room fills up really fast but I wouldn’t say that that was a horrible thing but it helps to have it empty. It keeps the room much cooler.

Cons: The rooms were not cleaned well. There was an overall feeling that the cleaning crew did not clean the bathrooms and floor well. The mirrors were not cleaned and the glass not wiped down in bathroom nor was the toilet cleaned during routine am service.

La nueva habitacion quedaba en otro edificio el cual es lejos para el que lleva media hora buscando estacionamiento por mas de una hora y camina media bloque. La nueva habitacion que me asignan queda al lado de la barra escuchas todo y poca privacidad, la numero 10 de Wind Chimes. En adicion los muebles son de los 80, no es la epoca son las condiciones en que se encuentran, los closets sin puertas y el televisor sin a penas los canales locales. Bello por fuera pero no se iguala en su interior. Una lastima.
