Cons: While you could get around without a car, it wouldn't be very convenient - though this is no fault of the property. The owner gave a great pre-trip email about local tips and suggested a car. I'm SO glad the owner said something!!

It's five o'clock somewhere! So kick off your flip flops, pick up a cold drink, and stay for a while at the US Virgin Islands. Relax on the soft white sands of Water Bay, situated on the eastern side of the island. Wyndham Margaritaville St. Thomas isn't just an incredible new beach resort for Jimmy Buffett Parrotheads - it's also your own personal Margaritaville, famous for picture-perfect beaches, exceptional shopping and a laid-back atmosphere that takes all your worries away. Offering studio, one- and two-bedroom resort suites that comfortably sleep two to six guests in 324 to 1,070 square feet. Suites feature one king bed in the master, a king bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Pros: The rooms, and whole facility, were very clean. The bed and pillows were amazing. Sean the bartender was the best! Leo was our favorite golf cart driver! Kye was always there to help when we had a question or needed a hand. The infinity pool and swim up bar are amazing! You should definitely do more entertainment up there. Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: Stayed only a night due to cancelled flight but OK place. It is place right on the beach but is not recommended to swimming there. For a proper ocean swim you need to take the short walk to the proper beach on the next bay. Restaurant and facilities are as expected with a fair price on food and drinks. Our initial room was not cleaned when we go there but we quickly got another, upgraded room so it was sorted in a good way.

Pros: The property has a beautiful view, the staff are super friendly (especially King Leo) and the pools are great. Only a short walk to Kocki beach.
Cons: No cleaning service for the room. I understand that this is not needed every day, but when you are paying 300+ a night I would at least expect my room to get cleaned every couple of days. The resort activities don’t happen unless multiple people request them. The food at the hotel is awful. For being a chain restaurant, I’m not sure what went wrong here, but the food quality does not even compare to the Margaritaville restaurant back home.

Cons: It was sometimes hard to get a shuttle. Being all the way up in 14 was great but also required a ride around. Sometimes we waited 10+ minutes for a ride up. For example, Leo hits every stop on his route even if he has no room in the cart, he will drive by and assure you that he’ll be right back. Others just seemed to be going back and forth picking guests up and dropping them off with no route, therefore missing lots of shuttle stops.

4.8 Okay
Pros: Great location. Helpful staff.
Cons: The place is falling apart. Everything feels Busch league from the way the room was decorated and cleaned to the literal worst Chinese food we've ever had.
7.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Great pool and outdoor public areas. Good at hotel was very expensive so BYOB and bring snacks with you.
Cons: Price of food and bars was outrageous. Cost over $70 for 2 people to have omelette and coffee for breakfast!
8.6 Excellent
Pros: It was absolutely beautiful resort inputs and outside!
Cons: We had requested two beds in a room we only got one king bed. We also met many couples who had the same issue and some vice versa they got asked for a king bed and got two doubles. also the bed was not very comfortable it was kind of firm!
7.4 Good
Pros: Liked the view from our waterfront room, convenience of all inclusive, and the staff was good, but it being off season, seemed to be sometimes a bit short on availability.
Cons: The food quality was very average. If you are used to eating out above a standard sit down chain (ruby tuesday's, applebees, fridays) you are not going to be impressed with the dinners. Lunch was generally pretty good with some fresh fish, and sometimes cold shell fish. Breakfast was decent, but i have definitley seen better spreads (i get the impression again this was off season, so not their best). The room was very nice, but there were bathrooms in the pool area and other areas that you just felt like they needed refreshed (rust stained urinals, and non working hot water in the mens room, and rusty light fixtures)
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. Helped me plan a romantic dinner on the beach for my boyfriends birthday. The view from our balcony was amazing .
Cons: The room could have been a little cleaner( like the bathroom there was some areas I saw cracks on the toilet and the balcony area had some cobwebs ) but overall it was great.

It's was great to be at a resort that is all inclusive. The view is also great! The facilities are nice and I loved the decorative tile in all the buildings.
Cons: The rooms are not the cleanest; I had an ant problem in my room. Little things are noticeable such as light bulbs being burnt out and not replaced or dirty floors. They have activities at night but they end earlier than when people are ready to go back to their rooms. Not a location I would go back to as a solo traveler.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Resort was pretty
Cons: Service was the worst ever.
They ran out of liquor
the ran out of steak knives
They ran out of milk.
The did not bring coffee cups when bringing a pot of coffee from room service
They ran out of beach towels by 11am every day.
The beach was not really a beach... you needed water shoes to even get in the water and loads of sea urchins.
Pool closed at seven every night
Not much for entertainment.
Very hard to get off resort unless you wanted to pay 50 buck a couple to go anywhere.
