Cons: There is no bar or restaurant in the main building. Needs more.

Cons: The pool area is in shade most of the day. However the water is slightly heated. We ate at Wee which was disappointing. The food and service were just OK. I ordered Pad Thai. Having just returned from Thailand - this was a poor substitute.

Cons: It is expensive.

Cons: The courtyard rooms are a bit small given how expensive the hotel is.

Cons: The key to unlock the door has a huge keychain Paid extra to use the room safe Only a few of the staff speak English The elevators are slow Not allowed to have visitors Power to the room shuts off when you leave so you can't charge your phone while your out Room windows don't lock Found a cockroach in the room

Cons: At the hotel web site the transportation from and to the airport details are not available . The web site does not supply the pick up location (had to call the hotel to get those details) . Also , the web site and the display at the airport says the service is available 24 hours BUT the van driver said the service is available for 5 AM to 12 PM ..

Cons: The Hotel Reception overcharged my credit card by a substantial amount. When I asked and showed them the price on my "Kayak Trips" on my phone they still claimed I was being charged the correct rate. When I accessed my account at their business center, they finally conceded, cancelled the wrong amount, and charged correctly. It was an hour wasted with a man treating me as if I were stupid. The female clerk was helpful. The problem was corrected. Everything else was very good, but the initial dealing with the front desk staff was extremely poor.

Cons: I could hear chairs moving on both sides of my room on my floor level as well as above and below me starting at 6:30 AM!! the noise didn't stop with that! the telephones in the hallway rang at 7AM and I could hear the staff using their walkie-talkies around that time. No respect for people who wish to sleep in!!

Cons: Terrible service, no complementary wifi, no way to make calls from the hotel, the staff aren't interested in solving problems

Cons: For US travelers, this is very reminiscent of the highway motels you may have been to in the early 90s - cable TV on a faded CRT tube TV, weird controls for the lights, noisy wall air conditioning unit that sort-of worked and bathroom that's sketchy in every way possible - with a dripping shower to boot. Staff at checkin wasn't too interested in offering maps, directions, suggestions - felt very awkward having to pry some details out of them and all answers were one or two words. They were quite chatty about offering tours and doing currency exchange. At $250/night this is borderline criminal of an accommodation but they are cashing in on the Olympics.

Cons: Doesn't qualify as a 4 star hotel. I booked two luxury rooms and recieved 1 basic room and another room which was low level. The facilities are old and the room was not 100% clean. Before charging more than 100 dollars per night, they should take a close look at how a real luxury hotel looks like..

Cons: The hotel is really old. There was only a few staff working on each shift so things were really slow when you needed. The house keeper never changed my bedding or the towels... there was no restaurant in the hotel and not sure about dine in room service but I don’t think... the area is also not that nice! Oh and WiFi is bad

Cons: The bedding was thread bear and dingy. They charge for ice. No iron.

Cons: I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable, but not intolerable.

Cons: The elevators, to small.
