Cons: Room was located between elevator and utility room, so we heard noise at night. Note this was a room we paid 600.00$ a night for.

Cons: The beds weren't really very comfortable. I was happy to only being staying one night because of it. This isn't a negative just kind of a bummer but the pool, sauna and gym on the roof top with the views were all closed. They're remodeling until December. But trust me you don't need a pool when you have that incredible beach!

Cons: Rooms were a bit dark and old. There were some ants in ours.

Cons: horrible gym, paper thin walls and ceiling, could not control AC temp.

Cons: WiFi connection to the TV was horrible. TV would turn on and off.

Cons: At the hotel web site the transportation from and to the airport details are not available . The web site does not supply the pick up location (had to call the hotel to get those details) . Also , the web site and the display at the airport says the service is available 24 hours BUT the van driver said the service is available for 5 AM to 12 PM ..

Cons: Rooms are very outdated and smell like mold, in fact the walls do have mold. Ours had in the entrance and in the bathroom over the sink. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all, there were no mattress protectors o the mattresses which I found a bit odd. Our toilet stopped working twice during our stay where it just would not flush and we had to notify the front desk on each of those times. The hotel has great potential just needs a lot of TLC.

Cons: I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable, but not intolerable.

Cons: For US travelers, this is very reminiscent of the highway motels you may have been to in the early 90s - cable TV on a faded CRT tube TV, weird controls for the lights, noisy wall air conditioning unit that sort-of worked and bathroom that's sketchy in every way possible - with a dripping shower to boot. Staff at checkin wasn't too interested in offering maps, directions, suggestions - felt very awkward having to pry some details out of them and all answers were one or two words. They were quite chatty about offering tours and doing currency exchange. At $250/night this is borderline criminal of an accommodation but they are cashing in on the Olympics.

Cons: The hotel is really old. There was only a few staff working on each shift so things were really slow when you needed. The house keeper never changed my bedding or the towels... there was no restaurant in the hotel and not sure about dine in room service but I don’t think... the area is also not that nice! Oh and WiFi is bad

Cons: Doesn't qualify as a 4 star hotel. I booked two luxury rooms and recieved 1 basic room and another room which was low level. The facilities are old and the room was not 100% clean. Before charging more than 100 dollars per night, they should take a close look at how a real luxury hotel looks like..

Cons: The bedding was thread bear and dingy. They charge for ice. No iron.

Cons: The elevators, to small.
