Pros: The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Hotel is in a great location. Has a shuttle to old Quebec and everything.
Cons: When we arrived to the hotel. We walked up to the desk and was only stared at with a unfriendly look by the young lady working the front desk. We said Hi and she only said “Hi” back. No welcome or can I help you just “Hi” and a Glare. We were not impressed by this service at all. She was very rude dealing with us.

Cons: I couldn't get TSN HD on TV, had to settle for a Pittsburgh Penguins game on another channel rather than the Habs game. Truly devastating, haha.

Pros: Good value for money. It's modern in design and kept up well: good for people like myself that have pretty gross dust allergies. It's also pretty simple to get into QC from this hotel: just a right, another right and a scenic drive down 136 and you're there.

Pros: I really liked the service. They treat you nice even if you don't speak French. The room was great. Nice view.
Cons: I honestly liked everything about this hotel. If I was to go back to QC I would stay in this hotel. Oh and the manager was great. He answered all my question and gave us suggestions as to what would be best for us to do.

Pros: The restaurant was high end, but very good food. And drinks were fair priced.
Cons: They would not let us check in until 5pm even though it told us 4pm when we made our reservation. Finally got in the room and the toilet was clogged, and room not the cleanest. There were still towels outside our door and a mess all down the hallway.
