Pros: I really like the service given by Yuri Liu because she helped me with my check-in as there was confusion from the check-in staff about my special request which had already been approved prior to my arrival. Cons: I am a Muslim and mostly are non-halal food on the buffet in the restaurant. As for the room, it was run-down and old and really need a major makeover on the quality of the walls, floor, etc for the price I paid. Usually, for that kind of price now in China, the hotel room quality should be quite good, well maintain and look new.

Cons: I had a terrible experience. I was sleeping in my underwear at night, a stranger came into the door open. He had a card key in my room and opened the door with his key. We were very surprised and threatened with safety. The staff said that he had used my room before, but he hadn't returned the key and opened the door with his key. This is a very serious problem. This hotel is not safe.

Pros: When I made two bookings and the payment terms was to charge me when I check in, with free cancellation policy. But I was charged a month before I check in. And I sent messages to the property many times asking why they charged me this early. Their response was slow and the reason was not justified. And for some reason I have to cancel one of the booking at the same time, and I wrote them again and again for refund but I didn’t get any response over nearly three weeks. I wrote to booking.com customer service and I didn’t get any response either. And I made a complaint when I arrived there, the staff told me the refund was already in process( like they have done it a while ago). At the same day I received an email from booking.com saying the refund was made (the same day booking wrote me this email). So it’s obvious someone was not telling the truth and they only acted on this matter when I personally flying over to make this complaint. Really disappointed on what has happened over this booking.

Cons: Cleaning can be improved. I was given room in Non-smoking floor, but there were people smoking in that floor and my room had that smell. I didn't liked that.

The water is very hot, and plenty of it, the towels are large, soft and fluffy. The room was very clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the airport; you can see the hotel as soon as you walk out the door of the airport, so you can't get lost. The price for the breakfast was very reasonable; it was buffet style with many choices. Security was good; I accidentally tried to open the door before sliding the deadlock and an alarm went off; I also left the door open too long and an alarm went off. All of the electrical plugs in the room are the kind that can take any type of prongs, so no need to bring converters.

Pros: The location is excellent! Infact if you are travelling light weight, you can even walk it to the hotel!To top it, the hotel even provides free airport pick up and drop facilities. That was a big boon for us since we were arriving way past midnight. We also had a lot of luggage and it was all taken care of. The staff is friendly and courteous and helpful. However as expected language is an issue. Only the staff checking us in / out could speak English. The other highlight is the breakfast. They had a great spread. My only issue was since I was vegetarian, there was very limited choice for me. However the staff helped me identify and pick the dishes for me. Maybe you could consider having a few more vegetarian dishes. The room was well equipped with all basic amenities plus a few extras like a refrigerator , sitting area, desk with all stationary and et al. Very good ambience and feel. Had a very good stay!

My only issue was since I was vegetarian, there was very limited choice for me. However the staff helped me identify and pick the dishes for me. Maybe you could consider having a few more vegetarian dishes. The room was well equipped with all basic amenities plus a few extras like a refrigerator , sitting area, desk with all stationary and et al. Very good ambience and feel. Had a very good stay!
Cons: The only disappointment for me was the price. When I was booking it said $50 excluding taxes. Understand. But when I actually check out the taxes alone were a good $40 more. That was a big setback for me, since I was not expecting that much. My suggestion is that firstly reduce your taxes a little (its a trifle too much). Then secondly reflect what the customer has to pay finally. In other words include everything. There is more clarity and transparency and makes it easy on both sides. This was the only issue I had.
