Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and breakfast quality. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unprofessional staff behavior, slow response times, and billing problems. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others mentioned unpleasant odors and maintenance issues. Value for price was a concern for several guests, especially regarding unexpected charges and high buffet prices.
