The car we rented was in bad shape it could have been serviced better.

When I arrived at the rental counter, it was closed for the night. I ended up not being able to rent a car from them. I was clear with my arrival time and my flight info. It was given no notification that they wouldn’t be open.

I order a Toyota Rav 4 and they give me a Nisan kicks which is half size af Toyota and online was $165 I pay triple of that

When I landed to pick up my car the young kid at the Payless counter told me I’d have to pay a deposit of $4000 USD ($80,000 pasos) in order to pick up car. Either that or pay 5x the price promised on reservation. Was a complete scam and called the customer service who told me the max deposit was $500 usd. Definitely put a damper on the trip and won’t do that again.

Terrible. They basically took my money and made me pay $120 in uber fees there and back because they weren’t accepting my form of payment which was from my bank account . I’ve used that card as credit and they wouldn’t even try to run it even though I know it would’ve went through as it has before at other places when I have to run it as credit. My bank even said they should’ve ran it and it would’ve been fine.
