Bad servicePros:The car was in good conditionCons:Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Make sure what car you get before signingPros:NothingCons:Classification of the cars is terrible. How come car A and car B can be considered as the same class cars as car A’s price is double of car B??? And they tell you that they will give you car A, But in the last minute try to give you car B. Terrible in all meansCons:Didn't get the car I asked for or similar as I booked, also I requested full to full I got empty and was panicked cause I couldn't find a gas station near by in the middle of the night. Not very helpful staff! Payless never again!Reviewed 10 Jan 2018

Terrible experiencrCons:Even though I made the reservation for Saturday and had a confirmation number, when I went to the counter at the airport I wad told I could not rent a car for less than three days. Terrible experience cost me two hours of frustration until I ended up finding a bus. I tried to get in touch with the company but they have no email and never tweeted.Reviewed 30 Oct 2017
