Cons:The computer was broken, no receipt, no check of car for damage, employees nice but harried.
Cons:Car was not clean and too smelly, not friendly experience
Pros:Nothing. They gave our car away and made us go somewhere else because "they didn't have any cars left" *line of cars parked outside*. Horrible management.
Cons:Our car wasn’t washed on the exterior like all the other cars and the windshield wiper fluid was really low and the warning kept on flashing every 10-15 mins. We didn't want to turn around an go back to ask them to refill it. It was very annoying. Car wasn’t smoke free either. U get what u pay for
Pros:Staff was friendly and doing their best given the situation. Shuttles were regular.
Cons:The wait once I got to the rental car office was over 1.5 hours. The car had been cleaned but could have been cleaner. The rear view mirror came off in my hand while I adjusted it while driving - was able to be put back on but that was not ok.
