Pros:The gal at check in was very nice.
Cons:Car smelled like cigarettes. A caution air tire pressure light was on at all times, but there was a little not that said to ignore the light. This was a little worrisome.
Pros:Quick shuttle service to and from airport, clean car, good value overall.
Pros:Clean car on inside despite scratches all over the outside. Shuttle drivers personable. Rental staff nice.
Cons:Not convenient to airport. You need to take normal rental car shuttle and then wait for another shuttle, that with traffic took 20 minutes to pick me up and another 15 minutes back to office. Thus, spent lots of time just getting shuttle. Not convenient to Midway. The extra time certainly not worth the few dollar savings.
Pros:Very accommodating. Decent car. Good experience.

Cons:The dispatcher were rude! The van was in need of maintenance - exampke, wipers were old and cracked. It was a big hassle to get into the lot and find the car. The lot attendant was very rude! As my wife concluded, they have ZERO customer service.
Pros:Slightly cheaper price
Cons:Had to call to find out that we wanted the Colonial Airport Parking shuttle after we waited for a while hoping for a Rent-A-Wreck shuttle. Car smelled like cigarette smoke and windows were a bit foggy on the inside. The office wasn't marked The guys at the drop off place weren't particularly helpful with my questions.
Pros:pricing was one thing
Cons:. a little seedy. car was not clean inside or out. the rental signing process a little outdated and in an uncomfortable setting. In the end, the pricing was not that much cheaper than the nationals/brand names. The policy about the rental period is strict. severe penalty for dropping off after 24 hour period...so ridiculous that I uber'ed to a couple places after I returned the car. My flight came in early and I picked up an hour earlier than anticipated but was leaving at my expected time 26 hours later. 2 extra hours was double the cost.
Pros:Did not rent, because the price change when I got to the rental place.
Pros:The car worked.
Cons:They were rude when we picked up the car, they were incredibly rude when calling our insurance provider, whom we know personally. They were incredibly vague about the drop-off policy and threatened an abandonment fee when I even brought it up. I called corporate to resolve the issue and the people I spoke to, serveral people, we're even more rude, dismissive, and insulting. I was out in hold mid-sentence and transferred without any notification to the stor, which had no idea why I'd been transferred. I completely regret using them. The car had an air freshener hanging from the nirror, but still smelled.
Pros:Nothing to like in this place
Cons:The cars are Filthy inside out. they don't take time to clean them, i had to change 3 cars to finally agree on one. the first one had a bold tires, the second one had scratches all over the car but you can't determine the damages as the body is dirty. the last one was OK with a bad tire sensor that kept displaying an error every time you start the car plus a change oil message that kept prompting. If i have time i would report them to the BBB. Not worth the money i paid. VERY disappointing that kayak list them on their website. i use to trust kayak!
