Pros: Hotel full of great pleasures from the excellent buffet breakfasts, pool right from our hotel room door, and amenities like their Thai spa.
Cons: Couldn’t flush paper at all in their toilets. So had to get used to that. Always applied bugs sprays for mosquitos

Pros: Staff were absolutely lovely. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was fantastic; fresh, well cooked, and a wide array of options. Pool access room was incredibly convenient.
Cons: Pool had lots of 'floaties'. All will be from the trees around, but was a bit much. Something about the air con system in the room made the room smell damp and a bit mouldy, but only at night for some reason. (We'd notice if we left and came back to the room after about 7pm, but never during the day). However, we adapted and it wasn't really a bother after you'd been in the room for 15 minutes.

Cons: The Staff at check-in & especially check- out was unfriendly & sounded rude. I was the only person at that particular time to check-out and was made to wait for about 25 minutes by the lady staff member on the grounds that they needed to check the room I stayed in. The experience was quite humiliating. Room was pretty small with twin beds, the bathroom shower didn't work properly maybe because the housekeeping or technical staff never bothered to clean the nozzles of the same as most of them were blocked.

Pros: Replacement room was very nice ,but had to put complaint in writing before anything was done .
Cons: I didn't like the first room I was given .I didn't like the way the staff would no admit their was a problem with wifi .I offered to downgrade my room if they gave me a room where the wifi worked .I think the replacement room I was given was what I was meant to have in the first place .Wifi still not good enough.Totslly unacceptable in this day and age to have sub standard wifi .In the first room I was given it would take up to 7 minutes to log on and I had to stand in the hallway .

Pros: I've stayed at many a resort and I have never been so dissatisfied. Although the room was large and stated that there were accommodations for 4 the second bed was a pull out couch that opened up to a flat mattress on the floor. The brochure stated there was a washer and dryer, coffee maker, in unit and a gym and business center. We called down for more towels and to have to help open the safe since it failed to open and have yet to see anyone show up.

Cons: The front desk staff is the worst I've ever experienced in all of Thailand. I would move to a different hotel but I already paid for my stay and they refused to offer any refund. There has been no Wifi in entire hotel for 4 days and I've complained to front desk as well as many other guests who all complain of no internet but front desk staff tell all customer that internet is working when they know it is not!! I had hotel engineer come to my room to try and fix the problem, and talk to three other hotel guests on my floor who are also without internet, the front desk tell them the internet is working when they know it is not, they just LIE to hotel guest's face for 4 days now. The engineer test the routers in my building and he tell me two routers are not working. It was obvious the two routers needed to be replaced but engineer told me hotel manager refused to buy new router despite knowing the problem of numerous hotel guests complaining about no internet access! All the while, the hotel staff has had internet access for the last 4 days as I've seen them use computers in the lobby. If internet access is important or staff/management telling the truth, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff & manager (Anutsara Yoyyangthong) of this hotel are nothing but LIARS!
