Pros: We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room! It was so nice to relax in over night. We found the parking easy and accessible and the ability to barbecue out every night was great (Grills were shared) Staff were really friendly and easy to get in contact with if you have any questions
Cons: Breakfast was a little lackluster -- really only provided some bagels and bread from the store with some Bran cereals. Personally go into town and stop by the local grocery store and get some fresh fruit and veg and pop them in your mini room fridge!

View is beautiful and the pools are excellent. Vineyard is also very romantic. Rooms are dated, colour scheme is awful, elevator is very old. Restaurant closes at 8pm. At just over $400/night, there is no valid for money. Same rates as Sparkling Hill with 1/3 of the quality. Expect more from a Hyatt property. Charging Napa Valley rates for South Okanagan.

Cons: The lobby area floors of our building was a little messy and during our 3 night stay it didn't get cleaned up.

Pros: Loved the 2 bedroom suite. We were 2 couples on a quick getaway to explore wineries and enjoy the resort. We found the suite spacious, and nice and quiet even though the resort was sold out. It was off season so the pools etc were not open and we could not enjoy the summer beach activities. However, the view is so peaceful, and the condo was great!

Cons: Kitchen ran out of some foods and due to the kitchen being outside the dishes were cool. The room was really nice with a firm comfortable bed and nice pillows. Very cozy room right on the pool deck

Cons: The bottom floor bathroom toilet flooded and there was shitty toilet water all over the place and the only thing they had in place to clean it was a fan. She told us the pool would be open soon so we went to town for dinner and got back to hear the whole pool facilities were closed for maintenance. Which was really an annoyance because we picked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub displayed in the pictures. We went up to our room to try to make the best of things to watch a movie and ended up on the phone with telus for an hour because the movie wasnt working. We were really upset and tried to get a refund during this time but were told we couldnt get a refund or even a discount because we booked through a 3rd party. In my opinion, i still feel like i should get a full refund, we really would have gone somewhere else and actually enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The view was nice. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful in answering all of our questions about local tours and sights.
Cons: I didn't like that the elevator was broke down for most of a day. On our last nite, they were running around, with the fire alarm going off, trying to determine if it was real or not....isnt the safety of the guests more important than saving a response from the fire dept? As they did nothing to get people out to safety and be accounted for. We used the hot tub every evening...and every evening I noticed a brown ring around the inside of the hot tub got more and more brown and sludge accumulated. They need more of a hot breakfast than pancakes.....

Pros: The rooms were big ... close to the beach
Cons: I had no hot water my 2 nights stay .. called to notify the front desk 3 times .. said it would be fixed .. never was ! I said that is unacceptable a warm shower is a necessity! Manager never apologized offered the second morning after day freezing shower to tote my stuff across the courtyard to use a shower In another room .. temporarily.l.. I would have preferred a new room a small I don't wanna lug my stuff to another room when I need a shower .. I want to shower in my own room ! The shower in my room also didn't drain and spit up sludge .. trying to find extra towels was also a task .. I was told to go find the cleaning lady .. not sure why this is my problem to deal with ? I'm paying to stay in a place I should not have to track down a cleaning lady .. at checkout the manager refused to discount my stay saying hot water tank happens and was out of his control !! He went and charged my visa previous evening when upon arrival I asked if I could pay cash at checkout and the front desk agreed .. worst customer service I have ever received ! I don't think a warm shower is to much to ask for ?? Would not recommend this place to a homeless person for free!!!

Pros: Staff at frond desk were very friendly but upon check in we requested 3 wine glasses. We were told they would be brought to our room. They never came. We phoned down and requested again, they eventually came but only 2, the third glass was a water glass!! He stated it was all they could find plus they were very dusty with water marks all over them.
Cons: The bathroom is a poor set up, no sink for privacy, tub and toilet in small cramped room, the sink is in the entrance!!! The tub fixtures were not clean. The outside balcony had a lot of spider webs and tons of little sand flies!!
