Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel was cool, trendy etc. Spacious room, comfortable, neat, tidy, everything worked - great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Had no idea that this place converted to a strip club on a Friday evening. IN THE LOBBY/BAR. Sorry - but this was not made clear on the website and should not be the case. Was in very poor taste in my opinion. Hallways and Room a bit dark. Carpets need cleaning/changing.

Pros: beautiful hotel (especially the courtyard)
Cons: They were understaffed on Sunday night. While the guy was super nice, he was the ONLY one working and had to valet and do front desk. I had asked for something to be brought up but had to come down instead.
4.0 Okay
Pros: We’ve stayed at the Bienville house before and were very pleased with the location and the attractiveness of the hotel itself. They have an excellent complementary breakfast.
Cons: The room it’s self was OK. We booked a Terrace room, which turned out to be a walled off white box with no lighting at night. The elevator broke two separate times during our one night stay. Most of our disappointment came from the abrasive staff.
7.0 Good
Pros: Superb location, friendly staff, convenient parking with charging for our electric car, lovely old building
Cons: minimal breakfast with stale pastry, door to bathroom needs to be forcefully pushed and even when closed leaves a wide gap at bottom, far too expensive,Use of plastic disposable cups, dishes and plates at breakfast. Never encountered that before
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location was ok .
Cons: Location was ok staff rude and inconsiderate of customers. Elevator was not working so we had to either use the stairs of 4 flights and or the service elevator. Beds were too small. The sun decks with wall too high to see street below. Never again.

Pros:

Pros: It's in the FQ and it has old bones but it's modernized inside where it counts. The rooms are small but recently renovated and super-nice. The location is insane, right by the courthouse, in the middle of everything but not so close to Bourbon Street to suffer the craziness. Short walks to way more things than we could do in 5 days, and a slightly longer walk to the outlet mall to upscale our wardrobe.

Pros:
Cons: The hotel rooms need a serious update. When trying to make a call on my cellphone from the lobby I needed to have a staff member walk across the lobby and ask the bell captain and several other male employees to lower their voices as they were carrying on very loudly even though I was at a distance from them. Not the behavior I've been accustomed to at Omni properties.

Pros: The style of the hotel was a plus, and the ability to not have to leave your hotel for food with the restaurants and two bars inside made it great; just in case you didn’t want to venture onto Bourbon Street. The quality of customer service was exceptional as well!
Cons: The only con(s) were the fact that there was not complimentary parking for paying residents. $50 for valet is expensive especially when you don’t charge that much for non-guests to use the parking garage. Also, even tho there were restaurants inside, a complimentary breakfast would also be an added perk for guests.

Pros: The location was the best part. Right on Bourbon in the mix of it all.
Cons: The room was very dusty. The shower did not work. Staff was a little weird. Had to call room service more than 10 times before they picked up. Sometimes they didn't pick up at all and I had to go downstairs to order. For what they charge they should put more into the rooms and not just hotel appearance.

Pros: Location was perfect, staff was AMAZING, pool was awesome, just everything was great!!!! And our floor smelled SOO good!!!
Cons: I could tell the hallway needed vacuuming, but it wasn't too bad, maybe housekeeping had it gotten to it yet, and one of the doorknobs to the bathroom was missing, like it had been broken. But the entire hotel and experience was SOOOOOO good!!

Pros: Hotel is in a great location - near all the action but removed and quiet. Staff were super friendly. Lobby area beautiful, and the restaurant is very good. The hotel has character for sure. Bed was soft but comfortable and everything was clean.
Cons: Our "King Deluxe" was a very small room with a very small window on the 5th floor. King Deluxe says you have a king bed and a view and technically we did, but the window was super small. We did look into the courtyard and the room was quiet. The room had a damp musty smell and there was evidence of damp in the bathroom ceiling. I suspect that there are much nicer King Deluxe Rooms, and would make sure I booked one of those if staying again.

Pros: Location
Cons: This hotel would have been perfect if there had been proper sound proofing of the rooms. We could hear through the walls like paper. There was also loud banging as if from constriction somewhere within the building we could hear all night. No sleep. 3 day

The courtyard was also beautiful and well maintained, with a fountain, heated pool, and lighting that made it extra pretty at night. The lobby is also really nice and all interactions with front-desk, concierge, and maintenance staff were pleasant.
Cons: The rooms are old and need to be renovated, bathroom was small and dingy (but clean). Security is very lax, no key card is needed to enter the hotel late at night, or even use the elevator, so literally anyone can come in off the street and access all floors. We went to the Bistreaux restaurant twice, the first time it took so long to be seated we went elsewhere, the second time we got a seat but the service was slow, the food was just ok and it was more expensive than anywhere else (go next door to Vacherie instead, their breakfast is amazing!)

6.7 Good
Pros: The bed and size of the room.
Cons: After travelling 20 hours all we wanted was a nice hot shower and go to bed. It took 5 minutes for hot water to get a little warmth to it. Very disappointed. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner air smelt like wet carpet.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were nice, and the location was good.
Cons: Despite it being a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale cigarettes. The windows could not be opened, so no fresh air. Also, a huge cockroach crawled out from under one of the beds.

Pros: Location
Cons: It was outdated and unclean. Some staff was unfriendly. For the star level advertised, it was not ideal.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location and staff was exceptional!

Cons: The strange multi stair layout of Floor 9, it was awful.
