Pros: Loved the decor, and location. No need for car to enjoy Broadway or any downtown attraction, easy to walk back to hotel, refresh. We were lucky to be on top floor looking East, wonderful view of downtown/strip. Restaurant was good. The large smart tv was great for the 30 mins we used it for in 4 days. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC wasn't noisy like a lot of places. Bluetooth mirror in bathroom was fun to listen to music from your phone while showering etc.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was horrible, would cut out and go completely dry for a few seconds on multiple occasions, sink was the same. Sink stopper did not work, could not fill the sink. USB ports on headboard did not work, so charging devices wasn't as convenient but all in all, minor issues. For the price of the room though, I'd expect these small things to be functioning properly.

Pros: Live music until 10 PM and a real rock and roll feel throughout. Wouldn't recommend it for a work trip but definitely a good place to hang out while waiting to party downtown. Very conveniently located just a few blocks away from most of Nashville's biggest attractions.

Pros: Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The staff alone made the stay worth it. The property is within 20 minute walk of just about everything downtown. I was in Capitol View area in 20 minutes; Frothy Monkey in 15; and Puckett's in 12-15 minutes.
Cons: Because of a private event on Monday, the lobby seating area was inaccessible, a minor inconvenience. Honestly, Good recommend on the Cambria. Stay here!

Cons: Only thing I wanted to complain about was only one of the bartenders at the bar. He didn't understand most of the drinks we wanted and got a couple wrong and gave us something we didn't ask for and when we paid him with a $10 for one beer he didn't give us our change.

When I asked the staff if I could have a king they said that there were none available and that they could do nothing about it because I booked my room through a third party. When I called hotels.com they did refund me the extra money that I paid to get a king bed. i was disappointed that I did not get a king bed but I was glad I got my money back.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable, the rooms seemed to be updated to a more modern theme, and the location is perfect for checking out everything in downtown Nashville.
Cons: It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.

Pros: From the moment we pulled up front we were treated as if we were their only guest. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and the ease of check in was outstanding. We were only in for one night so we got to our room, which just blew me away on how nice it was, changed and headed to the pool to relax for a bit before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend Omni to all travelers coming to Nashville.

Pros: Parking options seemed limited to Valet. The Valet team was super nice and helpful, so that's totally fine. Pool deck is lovely. Views all around are awesome - great location. Staff at Kitchen Notes are wonderful. Food was pretty good. Loved the inclusion of local food sources and other local services (Bongo Java).
Cons: When they asked me if I'd like a luggage cart, I said yes, but didn't realize that it automatically came with a bellman. In the future, I'd recommend asking if someone can help with the luggage, instead of if I'd like the use of a piece of equipment. One other critique... We have a king bed at home that is way more comfortable than the bed in our room. In general, I can tell that the nicer the hotel, the less likely that I'll wake up in the morning with a sore back from the bed. In this case, I think there's room for improvement.

Cons: When we arrived, we discovered the hotel was being renovated. Parking was disturbed, registration was located on the second floor, and there was noises of construction outside our window. I also stepped on a sewing needle during the evening that was embedded in the carpet.

The hotel is also within walking distance to some great unique restaurants in Nashville. It is also an easy drive to downtown. FIRST DAY THEY SENT SOMEONE UP WITH TOWELS AND SOAP AFTER WE COMPLAINED, THEN WHEN THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED THE SECOND DAY THEY SENT CLEANING STAFF(THEY WERE VERY NICE). The staff was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the area and activities.
Cons: Do not book with a 3rd party. We were promised one room with one Kingsize bed. We ended up in the last room with a two double beds. My husband is a the size of a linebacker, if we wanted any quality sleep we had to sleep in different beds. So sad and disappointing for our romantic getaway. The Sharaton said there was nothing they could do about it since we booked it with a 3rd party. We paid close to $150 a night for 3 nights. It dampened our plans to say the least. I give one star for the value since we were miss lead as to what we were paying for. We will most likely stay at the Sheraton again only booking directly through the hotel.

The service staff uses the same elevators so we were usually riding with a cleaning g or room service cart on board. After calling ahead to have the car brought around it was not ready for us and no one had even called the valet to request it for us. It had been more that 10 minutes and it was NOT busy. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much.

Pros: Staying in Nashville, the Hutton was in a great location on the West End. We used the free shuttle service to downtown several times and took a cab back, usually no more than $7.00. Walking distance to Vanderbilt and some good eats even closer. Valet service was excellent. Even though I could have saved a few bucks by parking myself, I never thought twice about skipping the valet during our 4 night stay. I always tipped the valet staff and they were awesome. Super restaurant, the 1808 Grille on the first floor. Reasonably priced and the quality of the food and service was fantastic. We will definitely consider the Hutton again during our next trip to Nashville.

She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!!

Pros: I was woke up shortly after 5am by the construction crew banging with sirens and screaming. It was horrible. The hotel said they didn't know ahead of time a complete lie the building next door has been being built for over a year i found out. The wake up call (not that i got any sleep) was a half hour earlier than requested. Room service was horrible the food was not good and it took over an hour (nearly an hour and a half) to get a club sandwich. The delivery girl pandered for a tip suggesting there was no tip already included and telling me how people weren't answering the door when she was trying to deliver food. I tipped her only to find out room service charges 21% tip built into the bill plus a delivery fee of $2.50 on top of that. The room had a barely working toilet, some of the lights did not work, the fridge had no adjustment and would freeze everything solid, the fan in the bathroom was, also not working. Valet parking guys were great very friendly and professional. $35 per day is awfully high for valet at a hotel that has no parking at all to accommodate their guests except the valet option or you can go drive around downtown and find a public lot. I stayed in a suite that i paid extra for. I would highly recommend this valet service but i wouldn't stay at this hotel until the construction next door is finished at the vet least. I will not stay here again.

Pros: I appreciated the staff. I checked in the weekend of the Women's Final Four. It was extremely busy. But the front desk was exceptionally helpful and professional. They worked hard to accommodate a change in my room selection, when it did not appear to be a possibility as they were fully booked. Within 30 minutes of check-in they had taken care of my request. I really appreciated their "going the extra mile" to make our stay special. I also really liked the location. We parked the car and walked over downtown. They were doing construction, so the facilities were not at peak performance, but this is my favorite place to stay in Nashville. It is close enough to walk to Broadway and the Bicentennial park and the farmer’s market (and plenty of other places). It is always clean and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. This is my 5th year staying here for an annual girl’s trip.

Pros: I liked how close it was to downtown and the staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: They did not tell us that there was going to be construction right outside of our door. It woke us up extremely early in the morning and we could not go back to sleep.

Pros: Location for the price is excellent. Balcony could be nice in warmer weather. Clean room with great beds and linens, wonderful "work" chair at desk and very good free WiFi. Quiet. Nice free breakfast offerings.
Cons: Bathtub didn't have any handholds, which seems like a significant safety feature these days. Loud fan with no option to have light without it. Not a spacious room, but plenty of room for putting away clothes for a long stay.

Pros: We went to a Cher concert at the Bridge stone Arena. It was walking distance from the hotel. The valets who parked the car were very nice as was one of the ladies at the front desk.
Cons: We have traveled all over Europe, Hawaiian Islands, Caribbean, ect & pride ourselves on being nice to the people who work at the hotels so imagine our surprise when we get this snooty, uppity desk clerk. Don't know if she was from India or maybe Mexico? Wish I would have asked her name. She was checking us in & we gave her our info & stood there as she proceeded to ignore us. I asked her if we were done, she gives us this dirty look & says ,yes that's why I gave you the paper, with big time attitude. Same thing when we left. The girl with brown hair couldn't have been nicer but the hotel really needs to have a conversation with the snooty one.

Cons: >> The hotel is under major construction. When we checked in there was a note with ear plugs on our pillows. I was extremely disappointed in the hotel, and Kayak, for not being up front about the construction. In terms of the particular price we paid the value was not good at all; however, if there wasn't construction it would be a little better. >> We had constant problems with our toilet. It would constantly run and cycle water. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff three times before maintenance was sent to the room. Maintenance was not able to fix the problem because they did not have the appropriate parts on hand. There was never any attempt by management to try and make the situation better.

Pros: The room was great! Beautiful furniture and modern fixtures. Must have just been remodeled. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The location is great too.
Cons: The outside of the hotel kind of looks like a prison, but the rooms are great. When we stayed, there was a group of young adults staying on the same floor and they tended to be a little rowdy, but it didn't bother us too much. Also, they have valet parking. We only stayed one night and it was $15 plus tax. I always like to know about those little hidden expenses ahead of time, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Room was decent and clean but hotel itself needs lots of work to compare to other hotels in area and at the same price!!! Would not stay there again!!!unless no where else to stay.

Cons: The staff was not pleasant, seemed to be bothered by our presence at check in. There is not any bar for food or drink. There is no parking and Valet costs, while reasonable were not included in price or advertisement. I would have rather paid the additional $20 to get a chain hotel in same area.

Pros: Great location! Just a shirt walk to the main strip on Broadway Great proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping, sporting venues. Friendly staff and competent management. Breakfast available until 10 was a bonus.
Cons: Some check in and billing confusion was a bit of a turn off, but it was handled well by management. Hotel renovation was a bummer- no fitness room or pool/hot tub at the time.

Cons: No warning about the extensive construction and overall dirtiness of the hotel. Rooms were not fresh -- not ventilated and with very dank air. Windows could not be opened, either. Sheets were covered in lint. Carpets were filthy. Gym was closed despite advertising to the contrary. Terribly disappointing experience. Do not stay at this location.

Cons: Never would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone! The pictures prior to booking the hotel are very misleading. The entire place is under construction which I was never told about, even when I called two days before arriving. Upon arrival the staff seemed annoyed and rude. When we got to the room, it was very tiny with small cockroaches in the tub and others around the toilet. We immediately went down to the front desk, asked for a manager, which was not there, explained our issues and all she said was "well you have an outside facing room and you have already entered the room." When I said I would be leaving, not paying the $475 or the $200 cancellation fee she responded with "that is our policy". When we came back down to the lobby with our luggage, the valet driver lost our keys. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Pros: The hotel was in the perfect location. We were in Nashville to see a concert at the arena and it was within walking distance.
Cons: However, the hotel is under construction. We woke up at 7 am to the sounds of construction. On top of that, we paid for a king size bed/room and, upon arrival, only a queen size room was available.
