The breakfast was always delicious. Easily one of the best I've been offered at any hostel. The community spaces are always cleand and large with TVs in both the lounge and dining areas. The location is great - close to all the main attractions, but far enough from them not to be constantly tripping over toursits taking pictures and many food places nearby.
My stay here was only marred by the outbreak of a global pandemic and subsequent measures taken to prevent infection that led the city to mandate closures. My stay was cut short, but I hope that in the future I will be able to return to this place.

The sterile atmosphere - little guest interaction you might expect at a Hostel frequented by international travellers.
Everything was good, clean, spacious for a place downtown, nice staff and good rules. Breakfast gives you a choice between general yogurt, bread, coffee, fruit breakfast and/or traditional Mexican food.
The wifi doesn't work in the dorms, you need to be in the common areas to use it.
It was clean and the beds were comfy. The location is fantastic if you want to be in the middle of the city and there is full I'm security on the door.
So this is a relatively large hostel but there isn't a common area for people the chill out and socialise in, I stayed in a dorm that was next the the corridor and the was loud throughout the night, you could very clearly hear people moving about and music playing untill the small hours of the morning. There are many review about this hostel having a great breakfast I would say this was inaccurate, the addition of like warm scrabbled eggs to yogurt and cereal does not make a great breakfast in my book. Also as a slight annoyance there was only one plug socket in the dorm with a short 6 way extension so if you wanted to charge your phone at night it will be across the room.
- V comfy beds - Good breakfast - Hot showers - Great location
- WiFi is awful - Loud music on Friday and Saturday nights till the early hours - Kitchen isn’t greatly equipped - V little area to socialise, hence a lot of people just on their phones.
