Pros: Was set for a pickup at hotel from tour company and when they were not there concierge took charge of situation by locating and calling all 3 direct numbers available until he got ahold of someone. Timing was critical as missing a tour has its own bucket of problems because of his urgency response the tour was located and all proper arrangements were honored. He was solid. Excellent location views breakfast
Cons: Wifi did not work in room. Acoustics from outside in. Mattress was uneven in firmness.

Pros: Absolutely Nothing!
Cons: - We arrived to a stained feature pillow and hair on the doona cover! - We had a very bad experience with the executive lounge club where they were understaffed- claimed to serve 'hot' canepes (this consisted of a staff member going around giving guests one prawn dumpling only after 7pm for an hour- as they were not allowed to serve hot canepes before 7pm)! The staff member than served one prawn dumpling every 20 minutes which was 4 prawn dumplings in total! This also amounted to no canepes after 7pm as all the food was gone by that time! Parking was a rip off and we will never stay their again!!! The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows where shocking- it was old and outdated.

Pros: Fantastic management that couldn't do enough for us. Really friendly and helpful. Washer and dryer in room was a great bonus for a family with a 2-year-old. Location Location Location. Right behind Her Majestys Theatre. Close to trams. Close to everything. We had an extended stay so having a full sized fridge & freezer plus a cooktop meant we could prepare our own food. We felt like we got great value for our money!. Would recommend..

Loved the location, the quietness (except for some guests!) the bar & food. Pretty tired & unloved & needs a bit of TLC. The pool area is terrible - maybe a couple of plants & umbrellas would create a nicer area? Bruno in the bar is the best!!
