Firstly they breached data protection laws and sent an email regarding a flood to all those bookings impacted and revealed private individuals email addresses to all those receiving the email. When I arrived I was allocated a room that had not been cleaned and they had to move me to another room. The room I had was quite noisy from the traffic outside.
