Located 1 mile east of the Strip, this low-key Las Vegas hotel and casino is about a mile from the UNLV and Sands Expo Center; it is 2 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 3 miles from McCarran Airport, via a complimentary shuttle.
Get what you paid forPros: The staff was very friendly.Cons: One bedroom had mold white another smelly like meldew. You left feeling dirty.
Pros: Loved the ambiance of the pool/spa area... so much nicer than any hotel we've been to so far! Cons: If Vegas is an all night type of city, why do all the pool areas close at 9pm? This is just insane! The pool and spa experience are always top of our travel list!
Bathroom was 1980's... NOT in a good way!
Worst hotel experience ever Pros: Found a black dildo under my bed , crusty towel wrapped around shower head , been to Vegas 50 times I have never in My life , I'm So disgusted , manager Cole never answered called me back Cons: Found a black dildo under my bed , crusty towel wrapped around shower head , been to Vegas 50 times I have never in My life , I'm So disgusted , manager Cole never answered called me back
Pros: Pretty quiet. Good valurCons: Bathroom in room not nice
Great value, great staff, and reasonable locationPros: The bus stop immediately outside saved us so much walking. The location was reasonable and we enjoyed being close to the strip without being ON the strip. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the free shuttle to and from the airport was definitely a perk! Comfortable bed, and no bugs!Cons: The casino/hotel is or used to be a smoking area, so the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The facilities are older, so there was some noticeable wear and tear on things like the bathroom showerhead and a wobbly toilet. Still, we had everything we needed for sleeping and showering, so we were grateful for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.
Great pricePros: Big comfortable rooms, airport shuttle, most staff are super helpful and friendly. Cheap buffet for breakfast lunch dinner, cheap wine at buffet. Only 20 min walk to strip.Cons: Dinner buffet seemed to use old food which didn't seem fresh.
Decent casino-oriented location off the stripPros: Check in was easy, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortableCons: This is an old-school casino that has clearly seen better days. I know this isn't just this place, but the resort fees added at Vegas hotels is really pretty deceptive because they can really increase the cost of a room per night over its advertised rate. That sort of deceptive practice is really a pretty good metaphor for Vegas as a whole - the entire place is an illusion designed to sucker a few more dollars out of you than you thought you were going to pay.
Great hotel behind strip for cheapPros: The staff was amazing no matter where I interacted with them at, especially Angel at the front desk. Was clean & nice pool with shallow ends for my little girls.Cons: Liked everything
Great pricePros: I really liked the casino. It was small but nice and professional.5 dollar black jack all day all night from what i saw. Great rooms the bed was perfect. Also some great bartenders.Cons: The food was not good.
Not bad at all :) Pros: Pretty nice and comfortable for the economical price. Cons: There was mold in the shower.
Silver SevensPros: inexpensive, where the locals go to gamble, nice pool, nice economical restaurantsCons: pillows very uncomfortable
Pros: My patio, the pool, room
