Pros: Really nice boutique, modern hotel, with great access to the city square. Amazing pools and spa facilities, with kind and helpful staff.
Cons: I was overcharged for the spa treatment I had, and had to phone them back up once I had left the hotel. They quickly corrected their mistake. But with transaction and FX fees it also cost me.

Pros: Great located hotel for exploring Kraków. Only a short walk into the old town and the main shopping centre is directly across the street. It was very clean and well decorated. All the staff were friendly and I’d definitely visit again.

Pros: We loved the Inx Design Hotel, it is in a great location with a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby in the Jewish quarter and it is also an easy 15 min walk or 3 min tram ride to the old town. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and all staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our top floor suite and really enjoyed our jacuzzi after a long day sightseeing! The cocktails from the bar are amazing and they will also provide milk for your room if required for your tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

A staff member booked our excursions for us and she was brilliant, helpful and went beyond her means. We were very grateful sorry I can’t remember her name. The location was so good, literally around the corner to the main square. So cheap and worth the visit.

Cons: Very small rooms and not at all like the photos on their or 3rd party websites. The rooms were not properly cleaned and 1 night I found a spider in my bed! Floors were not swept and felt very sandy. We left early although we had paid for a longer stay coz we just did not want to be there any more.
