Great located hotel for exploring Kraków. Only a short walk into the old town and the main shopping centre is directly across the street. It was very clean and well decorated. All the staff were friendly and I’d definitely visit again.

on the first night there was a drunk guy lying in front of the elevator which was slightly scary.

Good location but not really in heart of the city. Opposite side of the road is a big shopping center which is good for shoppers. Modern facilities.
Costly bar. The location advertised as central but it is not really. It is close to reailway station but not for the historic city.
