Pros: Staff was excellent . Tom Hendel conscierge was so helpful. Provided excellent/helpful information prior to our trip since our first visit to Key West. Lisa Eubank front desk manager was great. Offered any assistance we needed. Had a great unit with wonderful view. Pam & Jerome at front desk were also great! Unit was beautiful , comfortable, clean & a beautiful view. Pool amazing. Grounds we maticulously maintained.

Cons: The food selection is just a food truck next door. There are no shuttles to take you anywhere. The pillows were awful. They are either super hard and smoosh to nothing.

Cons: The complex is right on the beach. However it is not possible to actually use the beach since it is very small and not maintained. It is extremely expensive for what you get. It is right by the main road, no restaurants near by and it takes 25 minutes by car to Duval st.

Cons: I will say for a Hyatt it was pretty disappointing, you pay this kinda money for the entire experience not just the location, The staff seems under trained, their tour specialist was a bit deceptive and I believe undertrained, he told us we were getting one thing on our tour and we got some thing completely different. Our washer and dryer were replaced in our room about 3 different times because none of them worked. Our maids weren’t very polite, and the sheets were a little dirty. I definitely don’t think it’s worth what we paid.

Pros: We arrived to the Marriott and were greeted by a very friendly staff. They offered champagne at check-in and briefed us on their free shuttle service to downtown Key West. We rented the king oceanview presidential suite. It was very roomy, had a full size kitchen, LR, nice MBR, and 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have jetted bathtubs and showers which works well if you and the spouse want additional space to clean up or get ready to go out. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway. Simply enjoying a cup of coffee on the nicely furnished balcony that provided an incredible waterfront view takes you away from everyday worries. We hope to return to Key West next year. The drive to Mallory Square and Duval Street was about 5 minutes or less and offers many places to shop, dine, and enjoy a few adult beverages.

Cons: The towel rack was right over the toilet so that when I pulled a towel off the towel below fell into the toilet. When I bent to sit on the toilet I whacked my head on the little back cabinet, similarly when I went to get up. When I started to take a shower, I pressed down the button on top of the faucet. Nevertheless, cold water came down on me from the shower head when I turned the water on.

Cons: We had to wait for the room to be ready for 2 hrs. Our parking and extra amenities were included in the total pack, however the receptionist tried to charge us extra for this. The location is ok if you have a car but it is not close to the town amenities. The mattress was too soft. Overall it feels a bit overpriced.

Cons: The fitness room needs updating. Limited equipment. There was also a hidden fee not disclosed when booking - a $25/night "destination/amenity fee". That included 2 drinks per day at the bar, pool towels and shuttle transportation to the downtown area of key west. Perhaps that was useful to some travelers but it was a waste of $50 for the 2 nights we spent there as we did not use the pool, bar or the shuttle. Sneaky, hidden fees like that should be disclosed when booking.

Cons: The check in was horrible as the English language was bad. I hardly understood him. Also my sister was checking in and wanted a room I’m my same floor which he did changed it but another employee came and saw his change and said no he can not do that and gave her room to another customer that was after us. So rude. The sofa bed was horrible, and my family complaint of how hard the beds where.

Parking spaces are to tight and had to walk the entire length with luggage instead of him telling us to pull around the back side.

Com and they tried to charge resort fee on top of room, which was part of booking quote- I had to show proof from booking. Com to not be double charged. Cons: I would say our biggest complaint was lack of tissue products in the room, lack of face cloths. On two occasions we needed to chase down housekeeping personnel for these refills. Also, upon arrival on Nov. 5th we noted a black smudge on our sheets, but thought something that did not come out during cleaning. However, it was not until Nov. 10th that bed sheets were finally changed after we requested again, as the smudge was still there as proof that linens were not changed during this time frame.

They advertise a “beach” but it is definitely not a swimming beach nor is it a pretty beach. We were very disappointed in our choice to stay at The Ibis.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, convenient location on Roosevelt Boulevard, lots of available parking, great Wi-Fi, walking distance to both a strip mall with shopping as well as across the street from a top rated seafood restaurant on the water. Staff is always welcoming and friendly! There is also a nice swimming pool and tiki bar on property. I've stayed here before and it's always quiet so you can rest and relax.

Cons: It's definitely time for a renovation of the rooms and carpet! The carpet in the hallway smells something awful and I'm sure it's been cleaned many times.
