Pros: My visit was due to a wedding I attended at the resort. Location was beautiful.
Cons: Overall the staff were helpful, kind and considerate. The room housekeeper did not understand English and I was unable to get items requested of her.
Excellent8.3
Pros: Pool is awesome. Nice rooms. Location is also great.
Cons: A little difficult to navigate hotel.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location on Duval at Mallory Square waterfront.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Attentive and responsive staff.
Cons: The 4:00 am rooster, friendly bird but took his wake up service very seriously. Being located at Mallory , the 5:30 am dumpster collection finished any further attempts to remain in the comfortable bed. Great facility, noisy location.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Wonderful view from the room of sunset island and sunsets, awesome pool with great drinks and bartenders that'll bring them to you in the pool, great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, loved every minute of staying here!!!

Pros: The room was clean
Cons: Receptionist was not pleasant, tried to ask for a different softer pillow, was told there are only the pillows in the room and there were no different than those. Not helpful at all. Breakfast was not much to much to speak of, some pastries, and over cooked hard boiled eggs. Definitely not worth the money . It was close to Duvall Street but other than that there is nothing that would compell me to stay there again!

Pros: I will most likely find a different hotel to stay at next time .

Pros: Loved the resort and public areas. The bartender was the nicest lady I have ever seen. She made our trip.
Cons: When we arrived at 6pm I was told my room was not ready as I had made my reservation an hour before....so I guess rooms don't get clean unless there are reservations made which made no sense.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: The location was nice....
Cons: Too pricey for what you get. Don't expect to relax! More of a party hotel. Thought I was back in college but then I couldn't afford it.
Good7.7
Cons: Resort fees
Excellent10.0
Pros: Townhome style hotel rooms with porches and balconies. 4 pools. Shuttles to the beach. Next to Walgreens.
Cons: Late check in time.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beautiful, large, quiet rooms; free parking
Cons: Beach front but can't swim in the water.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We loved the place, It was well kept and clean, had nice pools and outside bar. The staff is great and all you have to do is ask and it gets taken care of.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Nice resort with beautiful grounds. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. We stayed in an "ocean view" room which had a very nice "beach area outside of our back door and veranda.
Cons: Parking is limited and constrained. The shuttle service to Old Town is inconvenient (2 hour intervals); but free. There are very few local (within walking distance) restaurants. The best, a Fridays, has closed.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beautiful resort with amazing gardens surrounding four pools. Reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer!
Excellent9.3
Pros: The room we had was very nice. We had multiple view balconies and it had a townhouse like feel to it complete with a living room and 2 bedrooms/2 baths on different floors. The resort was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The 4 pools were located side by side with flora and fauna separating each other and were filled with salt water. Each pool area having fresh water showers to rinse off with. Check out was super easy, you just called the front desk to checkout.
Cons: The only negative comment is the parking. The number of parking spaces within the resort does not accommodate the number of guests. We had to park beside a Walgreens which was near the resort but did not have walkable pathways to the resort. We had to walk through trees and climb a slight hill that had no traction.

Cons: Price wise a far bit on the high side, but its KW.

Pros: Location was perfect to marina where my son’s wedding was held.
Cons: Hotel was expensive and they still charge $35 a day for parking. The breakfast was expensive and not very good.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Beautiful property, Excellent staff, great location,
Excellent10.0
Pros: The Marker is a new build hotel in historic downtown Key West. It has a clean, modern feel with colors of white and blue. Landscaping everywhere makes you feel removed from the downtown craziness. My room was quiet, cool (too cool, I had to adjust the thermostat), and comfortable. I could have moved in I loved it so much, and the staff was very helpful. The salt water pools are great for light swimming, soaking, and day drinking.
Cons: I cannot think of anything!
Excellent8.0
Cons: Not so many fees. We arrived an hour early to check in and they wanted to charge us $40.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved the location. Near the marina. Near Duval Street.
Cons: Resturant hours during the summer were limited. Nobody cares. Restaurants are everywhere.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel was amazing, very clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location, wonderful landscaping, clean salt pools. We really enjoyed our stay. This was the best place we have stayed in key west so far. We will return.
Cons: My only suggestion is to watch for those extra fees (resort fee, parking fee, room amenities...). It was a bit much on top of the already expensive cost per night.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Nice facility with helpful staff. Most activities are within walking distance. Nice pool and lounge areas.
Good6.8
Cons: Very new hotel. As such they have not worked the kinks out of the system yet. When the toilet was broken and we had to switch rooms it took hours of them running around and me talking to people to do so. Then when I talked to management the next day they would only give my a pittance of a discount on the next nights stay. We missed our dinner... I was upset. It should be a comped night no questions asked for what we went through.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We loved the pool bartender, Tom. He was very attentive and a great guy. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was kept very clean.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Lovely property
Cons: Mediocre food at pool Good service but they should improve their recipes

Pros: Didn’t have breakfast. Bed was rather firm.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent9.7
Pros: We had a problem with are air conditioner. They dispatched an in house maintenance person. He explained that the unit was frozen an they would get a HVAC specialist asap. The unit was up an running the next morning. This all happened Sunday eve around 7pm. We were compensated for our troubles. .
Good6.2
Pros: Location is great. Close to everything but the way property is set up quiet at nite and exclusive during day. Also gives you access to Southern Most area via their B and B. Staff at beach were wonderful and very courteous and hardworking.
Cons: Kyack asked would I prefer a room with better view or more space and extra towels I received none of the above. Room service cleaning was very late in day. There were days I did not think they would show at all.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Room was very neat, clean and comfortable. I loved the water pressure in the shower! LOL. I think the bathroom needs a fan, but that’s just me. The staff was awesome. Always a greeting coming in and out. The free shuttle was nice, but it would have been better if it took us back to the ferry.
Cons: The price. All in all, it ended up costing us over $700 for one night and this was a room without a view and with a “lanai” that was more of a very, mini balcony. Keeping in mind when you are in Key West, you don’ t spend much time in your room, I can complain that much - just next time I won’t book such a nice place :)

Excellent10.0
Pros: The location is great! Just a short walk to all the highlights of Key West. The staff was warm and welcoming and the rooms are comfy
Cons: We were there on the Monday of Memorial Day. It’s a bit noisy as our beds were so close to the entry door but they close the pool promptly to alleviate the late nite part crowd Parking can be a little difficult but we got lucky w this.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The rooms super modern and clean. All adult a super plus! Multiple pools. Definitely felt catered to. They had beach towels on every lounge chair around each of the pools. Those towels seem to magically be replaced after someone removed one. I am going back to key west and I am staying here!!
Cons: Breakfast had hard boiled eggs I wasn't in the mood for them but the breakfast was great. (This is more of a me problem not really a flaw of the hotel.) there was no parking however there is no parking in key west. It's just a fact again not a flaw of the facility.

Pros: Location, views room confort , the resort in big and 3 different beautiful pools , Love it
Cons: some waitress at the restaurant were rude and not friendly
Excellent10.0
Pros: Rooms and food were amazing. Beautifully kept facility. Great views and nice beaches.
Good6.0
Pros: The location is good. Close to the downtown.
Cons: Our room. It was next to the service area. They parked their cleaning dolly's in front of our window and had loud conversations from early morning. We couldn't look out the window as the maids were right in front. So much for ocean view. The door stuck to the point my wife couldn't open it. The AC unit was very noisy. Like on old ice machine. We experienced this when we returned from dinner and a night out so it was late evening, we didn't mention until check out. We we mentioned the morning of check out they were indifferent. Said we should have called maintenance in the middle of the night,

Cons: This place was super nice for the price! Great room and bathroom, amazing pools and good food at a reasonable price at the cafe on the beach! Would efinjtely come back
Excellent10.0
Pros: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rena and Luis were great staff that made our stay extra pleasant. My husband and I are expecting our first child and they surprised us with sparking cider cookies and a baby picture frame. Rena especially went out of her way to make our stay and enjoyable one. We decide to stay four nights instead if two and they discounted our rate. I didn't want to leave.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Partial ocean-view room had a great balcony with a beautiful view. Room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hammocks at the Sand Bar and watching the sunset from the pier. Great location on the water, but close enough to Duval Street to enjoy all the restaurants and clubs with ease. The hotel restaurant was also exceptional. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent9.4
Pros: Staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive; location was a quick walk to anywhere; rooms were quiet and comfortable. There's a nice Cuban food stand across the street for a quick breakfast. The poolside staff made sure we had what we needed at all times and the lunches they deliver to poolside from the cafe' were great. Couples' massage was very relaxing. Can't wait to return!
Excellent9.7
Pros: Nice and clean facilities, friendly staff, and location was outstanding. Love the hammocks for taking a nap in the afternoon.
Cons: For the price you pay, the rooms are a little on the small side. After an evening on Duval Street, went back for a nightcap with my son. The rum runner I ordered tasted a little funny, but my son and I agreed it was ok. After drinking it, was advised by bartender he made it with all 151 rum because he was out of Bacardi at the time, "hope that was ok." Not what I needed for a nightcap. Another bartender on site, Arjay, was outstanding and personable.
Good7.1
Pros: Beautiful, great staff.
Cons: I stayed last year with a friend and we had a great time. This year I had found out it had bought buy a corporation. What this proved to show to me is, no more smoking anywhere on the premises, jacked up prices, and no floaty's. In the pool. No robes or conditioner in the bathroom. Although small things, it really changed the experience when I had previously been so impressed. Will be looking for a new getaway next visit to key west.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Ocean view with balcony sitting area. Pool with bar and food available. Quiet but an easy walk to all the fun of Duval street.

Pros: location and breakfast was pretty good...
Cons: the room was a little warm for me...i set the thermostat to 68 degrees and the temp never dropped below 73 degrees...
Excellent10.0
Pros: The pool area was beautiful . It made you feel as if you were in the islands. There was plenty of comfortable seating including cabana style loungers to enjoy. All the staff helpful and pleasant . At the breakfast buffet the staff walked around to refill coffee, clear your tables and offer newspapers. There was plenty of free parking on site and rentals of motor bikes and bicycles.
Good6.5
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic
Cons: Pool was way too cold for swimming. I doubt that it was heated at all! I booked this hotel because of the heated pool!
Excellent10.0
Pros: It's our second time staying here and we loved our stay. It's on the north side of the key but only an 8 min drive to Duval. The staff was attentive and the pool is a nice size and always maintained. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and ironing supplies--all you can need! The price for value is what keeps bringing us back. It's on the more affordable end, especially during non-peak weekends. Parking is free and they also don't have resort fees, which is a huge plus. Incidental hold was only $20/night as well. Overall great experience!
Cons: It can be a bit noisy as the rooms aren't too sound proof. We were awaken both days by people in the next room or in the hallway.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Room was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with necessities.
Good6.8
Pros: Continental breakfast is always a great way to start off your day at any hotel, wished the selection was better but at least the coffee was always hot. Beautiful pool area lots of seating but the tiki bar's food selection was also a bit limited. A lot of people were receiving noise complaints at the pool and rooms at 2 PM.... Its Key West so if you're planning on wanting peace and quiet you should probably stay in Marathon, and not blame the hotel for your poor choice in vacation destination...
Cons: Parking is quite a problem at this location and forcing some people to park in random lots nearby, which is never a good idea in the Keys. The ice machines never seemed to be working well. The rooms are also very small, actually uncomfortable for 4 people to be in a room with two double beds. Most likely would stay here again, but not my first choice.
Good7.1
Pros: The hotel definitely met our expectations. the facilities and rooms were impeccably clean. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Location is perfect for families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxed stay.
Cons: The staff's customer service was extremely underwhelming. Front desk agents were sweet but very young and it reflected in the level of service and professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. Housekeeping had the worst attitudes anytime we requested anything as if we were inconveniencing them, they would scoff at any question! We were running a little late to the complimentary breakfast but willing to grab anything still out—the lady picking up literally pulled baskets of bagels away from us and rolled her eyes when we asked where we can could find cream cheese. I was shocked at how ugly her attitude towards us was when we are guests spending A LOT of money to stay at their locations and were very respectful towards her.
Located in Key West Historic District, this spa hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Duval Street, Harry S. Truman Little White House and Mel Fisher Maritime Museum. Key West Aquarium and Key West Shipwreck Museum are also within 10 minutes.

Pros: Location was right in the entertainment district
Okay5.7
Pros: The hotel is very centrally located, and has a nice lobby and bar, and the pool area looked good for families
Cons: The room had no window and was extremely dark. Light bulbs were burned out and the bedspreads were very dingy and dirty looking. For the money I paid, this was extremely disappointing.
Cons: Check in was a bit rocky, after that everything was terrific.
Excellent8.6
Pros: Comfortable room with couch (instead of the usual table & chairs), nice decor (shutters instead of blinds, marble bathroom vanity). A short walk to Mallory Square and many good restaurants.
Cons: Construction was in progress on facade, so had to use side & back entrances, but noise wasn't an issue.

Pros: Very professional
Cons: Small bathroom
Excellent10.0
Pros: Our room was charming and tastefully decorated--very Key West. Extremely quiet. Nice rooftop pool.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: not much
Cons: very tiny, tiny bathroom. window was to look out at Duval street. impossible. rooms to small. stayed with because was a Crowne Plaza. was the worst one ever because of size and no BKF included. only friendly staff was the valet, probably for the tip. no thank-you, have a good day from from desk when checked out
Mediocre3.4
Pros: Rooms are small, over priced, front desk made us stay in lobby for an hour before checking in, (from 3:00 until 4:00) we were booked 2 weeks in advance.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities and staff were outstanding. The location to all the hot spots in Key West was so convenient. We couldn't have asked more more. It made our wedding getaway that much more pleasurable.
Located in the heart of Key West, this hotel is 2.3 mi (3.8 km) from Key West Harbour, and within 6 mi (10 km) of Key West Lighthouse and Keeper's Quarters Museum and Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. Southernmost Point and Mallory Square are also within 6 mi (10 km).

Cons: Need few more pet areas,Need fl resident specials, walls a little thin, can hear outside noise and neighbors.overall very pleased 4.5

Pros: Loved the food truck, great idea. Live music was great too, wonderful artists. Bar have nice seating areas. Ping pong table and corn hole game was a nice touch plus pool is a good size. Shuttle provided by the hotel makes getting to old town so much easier too. All shuttle drivers were super nice.
Cons: People at the front desk weren’t nice. They tried to multitask and take care of few customers at same time. I would rather wait for my turn to get the right service. Our room was dark and smelled very musty, looked clean though. We were located at the very last building next to housekeeping nook, which looks messy and dirty, not appealing at all plus housekeeping ladies were extremely loud every morning waking is up very early... One day our Key wasn’t working and we had to wait a little for someone to show up at the desk, we were taken care of but no smile, no thank you or sorry...

Pros: Comfortable beds and room. Nice staff.
Cons: Needed more pool chairs.

Pros: The hotel bar was nice. The bartenders were friendly & quite helpful about any questions we had about Key West.
Cons: The resort fee is too expensive. The shuttle does not run @ all times. A cab cost about $16 to get to Duval St. There were never enough towels in the room; however, when we called, housekeeping did bring more towels within 30 minutes. The room was much smaller than it looked from the pictures on the website. Next time I will also choose to stay closer to Old Town.

Pros: beautiful. clean. amazing staff

Pros: Clean modern hotel, attentive staff
Cons: No Resturant on site
Excellent10.0
Pros: Service in general very good, front desk people very nice, pool with the palm trees! clean rooms, bar services, clean and warm towels. That was a good experience there. thanks a lot.
Cons: the breakfast wasn't what we expected. and the restaurant after hours, that we had to walk to the "next door restaurant" to get the food.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The on site staff was very friendly, great parking and on site excursion booking
Excellent9.7
Pros: Hotel is remodeled since last visit. Very pleased with looks and amenities. Staff was also very helpful.
Good6.2
Pros: the grounds are very nicely put together. The rooms were designed with luxury in mind. Being new they just have some growing pains to surpass but they will get there. The front desk staff seemed friendly and willing to attempt to fix any problem you might encounter.
Cons: Being fairly new, the first room we were provided had issues with the barn door for the bathroom where it wouldn't close. We had paid for a ocean view and we're given a room where the elevator block the view. The front desk was able to give us another room but couldn't provide us then with the size bed we had requested since we were there for multiple nights. The new room was clean and similarly put together but the barn door still on occasion would get stuck. Leaving one of us trapted temporary in the bathroom. The second downfall which really has to do with the location is it is right there upon entering key west so if you request a ocean view room, you're going to hear the traffic coming and going.
Located in Old Town, this beachfront resort is in the historical district, just steps away from South Beach and Duval Street. Higgs Beach and Southernmost Point are also within 15 minutes.

Cons: Dirty rooms and no ocean view with unfriendly staff!!!
Excellent8.0
Pros: After we upgraded to a room with Ocean view the experience was wonderful.
Cons: The Key West View room we originally booked had an awful view of mostly other rooms, balconies, concrete and car park. You could see a bit of ocean from one corner of the balcony but to call that a room with a view was an exaggeration. We had to upgrade to get a nice view. The move to Ocean View room was expensive but totally worth it.
Good6.0
Pros: Ive stayed here before and had an excellent experience, which was what prompted me to return. Unfortunately, this time did not meet my expectations of a Waldorf property. Upon arrival there was not a single employee outside the hotel. I unloaded all luggage myself. There's NO ramp at this hotel, so i had to lug every suit case up the stairs. Sweating in a suit and arms full of bags and suit case handles, a customer sitting in the lobby ran out to hold the door for me, and even said, "wow, you'd expect more from the Waldorf" to which i said, "you read my mind." The front desk attendant was polite and informed me that valet was at a staff meeting and she did help me with my bags to my room. Also, I ordered room service one night. Like the card said, i called the number to have them retrieve my tray, which i left outside of the door. 12 hours later when i was leaving in the morning, the tray was still there. I didn't have a horrible experience by any means. But given that this is a waldorf property, i expected excellence, and i did not experience that.

Pros: The people where very nice, service was fast and accurate. The Cuban Sandwiches where very good. Great roast pork! I complimented the chef.
Cons: The extra charge for parking. It seems petty to charge $20 per night that your 1 car is parked in the parking garage. the cost for the weekend was plenty. The breakfast was good but a little pricey.

Pros: The courtyard was cute.
Cons: The beds did not feel sturdy.
Good6.2
Pros: Location is decent--fairly touristy area a half mile to mile from the most touristy areas. It was the cheapest option around this part of town, but still very expensive by most standards. Small parking area is available, but fills up and is first come, first serve.
Cons: Tile floors were stained and sticky. Mildew smell. Mattress and pillows old and uncomfortable. Air conditioner could barely keep up. Room included a refrigerator, but this also wasn't that cold even on the highest setting.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Beds were awfully uncomfortable
Excellent10.0
Pros: The location is excellent. The beds were comfy and the staff were kind and accommodating.
Cons: The building is dated and worn, it part of its charm. It worked great for us. We were concerned with the room next to ours they were loud and smoking heavy (the smoking came in our window). The concern ended quickly and the guys next to us ended up being no problem at all.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Free parking was great, and I liked the outdoor kitchen and courtyard area.
Cons: Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, ran out of tp.

I never write stuff like this, because I know people work hard, but I have to say -- do NOT stay here. The good parts? The beach access is lovely, and it's great to be able to hang by the pool. That said, it is not even close to worth the exorbitant prices they're ballsy enough to charge. The building exterior is in near-disrepair, the interactions w/staff were consistently bizarre and challenging -- for example, I was told upon arrival that I couldn't use a cart to bring my own bags to the room...yet 2 hours later, the bags were still sitting on the cart exactly where I left them. Thee bathroom quality made the Best Western look super classy. There was a rusted and exposed bedframe we had to be careful to avoid. We asked for extra coffee -- well, not really extra, because the room was stocked only with decaf, and then when we asked for regular coffee, we had to 1.) explain to the person who arrived that we did not ask for housekeeping service and then, in attempt #2, fend off laughter when we realized they had brought only additional decaf coffee. Anyway, I'll stop, and this wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't paid more than $6500 for 5 nights. (One of which I had to skip due to travel disruption, but no flexibility in that respect, of course. Full price for the night I wasn't there.) That figure also doesn't include the $900+ charges in resort fees and a handful of meals at the bar and pool. I'm writing all this mostly to vent -- and spare others this frustration and disappointment -- but I feel legitimately embarrassed by having "splurged" on this "indulgence". (This is a Waldorf Astoria?!) I tried expressing this opinion to the hotel, who repeatedly told me they'd call me in 5 minutes, then asked for my preferred time for a call, and of course never called. I'll stop now, for real. But man, I'm still pissed.

Pros: All staff was amazing. The lobby and pool areas are nice and fairly well kept.
Cons: This property needs maintenance. So many things need repair. Elevators, facade, chairs, bedding, wood in rooms were all things noticed that needed repairs. For a 5 star property it's being maintained at a 2 star level.

Pros: Location is beautiful
Cons: Beach is full of rocks and algae. The public beach next door is much better. First room was filthy and had a broken toilet. Second room was in desperate need of updates

Pros: The pool would have been wonderful given the location and views of the ocean, but it was so dirty and unkempt....
Cons: We visited the pool nearly every afternoon for the entire week and not once was the pool cleared of leaves, grass, garbage. There was a spot on the pavement that a drink must have spilled or something and it was there for the entire 6 days. I was quite disappointed considering the resort fee is apparently supposed to cover towels/chairs by the pool. Also, it seemed staff was never around to help set up chairs, grab towels and the like, finally we just went and got our own. Very disappointed because this place has so much potential!

Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Everything very bad conditions for the price

Pros: Beach and pools are great. Staff on the beach that set us up in our cabana was great, the only positive staff experience we had.
Cons: Front desk couldn't find our third party reservation so gave us an ultimatum of leave and try to get our money back or stay in a handicap room at current rate. Also told us never to book through a third party...then why do you participate in those sites?! 5 minutes after we were in our room they called and said, oops we found it you're good. Meanwhile charged us $200 to open credit card even though we had prepaid through 3rd party the charged our card another $330 the next day which they could not explain. In fact when i called down to front desk to ask for an explanation they said they were really busy with guests, but would try to assist. I laughed. They then just said it would be refunded at check out with no explanation. Room had dead fruit flies everywhere, it's Florida, I get it. We live here, but I asked the front desk to have someone come clean them up and no action was taken. We made the best of it, always do, but they will not get repeat business from us.
