Pros: The hotel offers many activities that are fabulous. The senses of Thailand was great fun and the Thai cooking lesson was one of the best that we have taken. Super staff all around!

Pros: I did not find anything at fault about this hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The immediate surroundings was safe and easy to get around; there was a bridge connecting to the MRT. I wish I had a chance to try the gym, which I heard was 24 hrs accessible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and gladly come back when I travel back to Thailand.

Pros: Location was perfect, less than one minute to bts station, one stop to water ferries. Very easy to get to and from airport via train. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed. Nice pool, but it is a little colder than I would prefer.

Cons: Hotel location is the pits for walking, but great for taking the Metro. It’s isolated and traffic is so bad trying to leave the hotel. So plan ahead and to expect your driver for tours or whatever to be late due to the traffic.

Very modern, in the heart of all the action whether you're looking for a ping pong show in the red light district or a fine evening of dining and drinks at nearby sky bar (featured in the Hangover movie) or Moon bar, or seeing the sights like the royal palace or nearby temples.

Pros: I have been lucky enough to stay in a lot of top quality hotels and the front of house staff were particularly good at the Chatrium. The room was spotless and the facilities in and outside of the room were top notch. I particularly liked that the room had a reasonably equipped kitchen area and a 7/11 to give you the option of just doing your own thing when it pleased you.The shuttle boat was excellent run in a very professionally with almost military precision. The gym was decently equipped too.
Cons: There wasn't too much in the way of anything else within walking distance although the local 'street' Thai restaurants were a great relief from the cushioned five star experience.

Pros: Located right along the river, the hotel has a water taxi that links to the train and other boats for ease of transport. The pool area has a great view, although there is currently construction going on next door for new residential units.
Cons: Upon checking in, the staff did a full sweep of the room and noticed that there was not any robes. I was told that they would get some and did not receive any.

Pros: everything great! nice room, very good breakfast sitting right on riverfront with fantastic view, amazing pool area, plenty of restaurants with high quality and good choices, very calm, you can hear the birds and the waterfalls, and this in the city. Also shopping mall is directly accessible with some food choices ( try Sushi, really good), although not big. Staff is superb and very helpful. This is not just a hotel it is a paradise resort in bangkok. On arrival you already feel relaxed the first moment. I have tried many hotels in Bangkok and I will certainly come back whenever I have the chance. Highly recommended. Not near BTS but just 10 minutes by taxi to next BTS station and 40 min. with low traffic to airport, acceptable, also shuttle boat service to BTS

The location is convenient if you wanna go by taxi all the time, but if you’re inclined to walk or take the subway it’s hundreds of meters to anything at all. It’s doable, just kind of a dull walk in the heat. There’s nothing right next to the hotel except an office building and another hotel.

Pros: the first night we stayed in a delux room, and the airconditioning was very lousy, so we complained to the reception. The reception staff was helpful to upgrade our room to a junior suite. Moreover, we asked the concierge for the directions and spots of interest, and they were so helpful and willing to help. A plus staff!

Pros: After delayed flights, I arrived at the hotel at midnight and the receptionist was there waiting for me. Only took a couple of minutes to check-in then up to the room for a hot shower. Location of hotel is right next to entrtainment and skytrain. Staff here is always friendly and helpful.

Pros: I think for the money and location just off of Soi 4 is perfect if you want entertainment near by. Money Exchange and ATMs are also right there. The front desk staff all speak very good English so there is no misunderstanding. The rooms are very comfortable and modern looking. AC is always cold and shower hot. The toilets have bidet seats so very convenient.
Cons: If you need to have someone pick you up, Sukhumvit is always busy. Better to walk toward Soi 4 to the gas station/McDonald's. I don't think there is parking at the hotel.

Breakfast good if it’s included in room but expensive if not, average choice of dishes, lift is main problem, everyone I saw had problems with keycard in the lift, myself twice.
