Pros: The hotel is located at the Prime location in Bangkok Easy to get around and good to stay with kids Staffs were very friendly I highly recommend when travelling with kids Liked the breakfast especially as you can order different dishes at your seats. And the selection of the food was great! Liked the morning bubbles as well. Enjoyed free minibar of 2beers every day and other drinks as well. Will definitely visit again.

Cons: The hotel did not provide us information that we can take the buggie to Siam Station when we checked in. We found out later when we asked the staff for the direction to the station before the footbridge to the shopping mall was opened. Also the cleaning of room was not prompt as expected When we left the room around 10am we turned on the makeup room sign but the room was still not cleaned until 3pm. But seems like it was the full house so thats probably why. Despite these, very satisfied with the stay.

Cons: Decorating tone ( a bit dark for my taste), it a little aged in sink top, side tables. The two full beds are just too jammed for 3 people, we were expected to use the couch as a third bed but it’s too small. As we indicated in booking that we need the room for three persons, we added breakfast buffets, but were told at the check in that breakfast are only for two persons, to add another breakfast will cost almost $30( 999 bath). That was a little disappointed!!

Cons: Nothing to complain. Eating in the hotel is a bit steep but no complaints as eating out is a better option with the variety available in Siam Paragon and Siam centre .

Cons: It would be good to have a staff member check regularly on the pool bar attached to the Residence to ensure there are towels, cushions on pool lounges and to serve beverages & food. We had trouble finding a staff member to serve us drinks & waited quite a long time before someone came. It was over half an hour. I would also suggest that full length padded cushions be supplied for the pool lounges as they are very hard & uncomfortable to lay on. One day a group of families with young children arrived at the pool and were very poorly supervised by parents. They had inflatable toys & boards to float on and were jumping off the edge of pool onto these toys. It was very dangerous and because of the limited deck space around pool, we were getting splashed on our lounges and the parents were not controlling them. The doorman suggested we move to the other pool but it is too hot up there and we preferred to stay in the shade. A staff member should have been on hand to control the situation & ask the parents to deter their children from jumping in to the pool, as a child could have easily been hurt.

Pros: We stay in resident side with Laundry is good for holiday no need take a lot cloth

Cons: I think only restaurant part service not as that good, we stay in this hotel almost half month at the end I check out still have one beer and 1/4 whisky left so I just like finish some with my friend, I also buy beer in restaurant but they not as that good for most of members

Cons: No breakfast. Upon check out, it will be nice if the reception could call the buggy and send us to the hotel lobby. Instead of us walking to the lobby for check out. No decent foot massage nearby.

Pros: The location was excellent - a stone's throw away from MBK, Siam Paragon and walkable distance down the same road to Centralworld and Platinum Mall.. absolutely fantastic. It is within 5 min walk to a BTS station. Even with a stroller, the journey is very accessible with the Art Cultural Centre in close proximity offering lift access. The staff were very well trained and polite. The premise is very clean and surroundings quiet. The street it is located on is quiet and safe. It was very easy to commute using Grab during our time in Bangkok because drivers are familiar with LiT Hotel and its location. We felt very safe even travelling back at night after watching concert performances. The hotel room is very well designed - we love the spacious bathroom and that it is in opposite ends from the bedroom. It is actually much bigger than the photos.

Cons: We were very disappointed that we were charged SGD$78 for a discolouration of the bedsheet and pillow case due to the colour coming off our pyjamas. Despite us having stayed there for a week, the hotel still insisted on charging us and insisted bleach would not be able to remove the stain. This ruined the end of our stay which would have otherwise been perfect. We are still not convinced bleach is unable to remove discolouration and for customers who have chosen to stay for so many days, we would have felt better if the hotel would have been more compromising. We intend to return to BKK on a more frequent basis and this experience has potentially affected our choice of accommodation for future trips. The gym at the residence is far less equipped than the one at the hotel. There were only 3 cardio machines and 8 weights. The swimming pool is very cold probably due to the reduced sun exposure.

Pros: Great location waffling distance to MBK, excellent facilities for a young family. We used the washing machine before leaving for the rest of your Thailand trip. Breakfast is adequate but considering the residence is self contained you're not staying there for the breakfast. Overall great place.

Pros: The location was good, just in front of National Stadium BTS. Also nearby famous attractions like Sea World and Madam Tussauds. Very near shopping malls if you’re into shopping when in Bangkok. The staff are very friendly too. Also, you have everything you need for your stay as they have washing machine and dryer available for laundry. As well as flat iron for your clothes. And freezer if you need to store food.

Pros: Breakfast was ok, though I wouldn't mind Thai food for breakfast. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Accomodation is not suited for guests who like hotel double beds and the likes. At Lub d it's bunks (though they have private double rooms), so if your expect high class amenities, look elsewhere. For everyone else you get a good bang for your buck. Lub d is located right next to MBK Mall and National Stadium MRT Station, so you can get anywhere pretty fast.

Cons: The onsite drinking policy could be less strict, though I understand the managers probably want to keep away hordes of plastered teens. For us older folks who like to enjoy a cool one in the evening, it would be great if there was a room for this - maybe an age limit (25+) would do? Also (but this is of course my highly subjecive view), rooms should be equipped with fans rather than air conditioning, this would be way less energy intensive.

Pros: The place is in a great central location. The staff was very friendly and available to assist with everything. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: The noisy night gathering and loud music of the Eatery at the premises on Friday and Saturday night. You'll need ear plugs to get a good night sleep.

Pros: Since I’ve stayed in Lub d in Patong and samui I was blown away by everything!! So I thought why not book in bangkok...big mistake!! It’s outdated, dirty, mould in the room! I was extremely let down considering the other two branches I visited were nothing less than outstanding on all levels! In Siam, the Location and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Consistently ensuring that guests are happy. The staff are saving this place!

Pros: This establishment was designed as a hostel and it shows. everything very professional, from the in lobby internet to outlets at every bed to the best showers I've found in any hostel.

Pros: The interior design is nice and the space is very cozy for a solo traveler. The bed was really comfortable and I appreciate that they showed environmental concerns for the sheet washing etc. Also, I like that the place was located on a soi (small road) rather than the main road... very Bangkok style, yet it was an easy walk to the BTS station!

Cons: On my first day there, the sink didn't work properly but it was soon fixed after I spoke to the front desk. The shower area has some stains but . The overall bathroom is quite small but for a solo traveler, it was a good size!

Pros: Highly recommended. Very clean and spacious room. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and attentive — they took the effort to explain areas we should visit, helped us make reservations for dinner, and was always available to help us with luggages.

Cons: Nothing.
