Pros: I did not find anything at fault about this hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The immediate surroundings was safe and easy to get around; there was a bridge connecting to the MRT. I wish I had a chance to try the gym, which I heard was 24 hrs accessible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and gladly come back when I travel back to Thailand.

Pros: Location was perfect, less than one minute to bts station, one stop to water ferries. Very easy to get to and from airport via train. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed. Nice pool, but it is a little colder than I would prefer.

Pros: Excellent service with a new Top Chef restaurant. Met the chef who was personable. Ate in his restaurant twice since we loved the food that much. Great atmosphere at the infinity pool.
Cons: Hotel location is the pits for walking, but great for taking the Metro. It’s isolated and traffic is so bad trying to leave the hotel. So plan ahead and to expect your driver for tours or whatever to be late due to the traffic.

It was fantastic staying here; I had a lovely room with a great view. The hotel staff were very attentive; I had asked for the room to be on a high floor and for early check-in, and they had accommodated to that. I did have an allergic reaction to the bedsheets but as soon as I asked them to change the sheets, they did and all staff I came across checked in to ensure that reaction had gone away. I unfortunately didn’t have the breakfast, but did have in-room dining lunch and that was delicious. The pool was quite shaded but still nice and warm and I had a lovely time going. Their COVID safety protocols are consistent and well put into place. I would highly recommend staying here! ❤️

Cons: Decorating tone ( a bit dark for my taste), it a little aged in sink top, side tables. The two full beds are just too jammed for 3 people, we were expected to use the couch as a third bed but it’s too small. As we indicated in booking that we need the room for three persons, we added breakfast buffets, but were told at the check in that breakfast are only for two persons, to add another breakfast will cost almost $30( 999 bath). That was a little disappointed!!

Cons: Its a very busy area so just make sure you allow a good 1 hour travel to and from the airport and 2 hours if travelling at peak times via car.

Located downtown, it was just 100 meters from my meeting place. International food available on room service. Excellent Internet. Pros: I think for the money and location just off of Soi 4 is perfect if you want entertainment near by. Money Exchange and ATMs are also right there. The front desk staff all speak very good English so there is no misunderstanding. The rooms are very comfortable and modern looking. AC is always cold and shower hot. The toilets have bidet seats so very convenient.
Cons: If you need to have someone pick you up, Sukhumvit is always busy. Better to walk toward Soi 4 to the gas station/McDonald's. I don't think there is parking at the hotel.

Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided good information when needed. The location is great, and if you stay you get to go to the observation deck for free which was great! Great views were seen; I love Bangkok and its' night lights so that was definitely a highlight for me.
Cons: The place was very very busy so it was slightly hard to relax, and the room was slightly dated. It was difficult to access with public transport, so I shall keep that in mind next time.
This family-friendly Bangkok hotel is located near the airport, just steps away from Siam Square and Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World. Siam Center and Siam Paragon Mall are also within 5 minutes. Siam BTS Station is only a 3-minute walk and National Stadium BTS Station is 10 minutes.

Pros: my overall exerperience with Novotel Hotel at Siam Square has always been wonderful. Thank you for your continuous effort in upkeeping high standard of customer service.

This family-friendly Bangkok hotel is located in the historical district, within 2 mi (3 km) of Wat Saket, Khaosan Road and Bangkok Riverside. Jim Thompson House and MBK Center are also within 2 miles (3 km). Yommarat is 12 minutes by foot and MRT Wat Mangkon Station is 21 minutes.

Cons: Staff were unkind. There was no wifi in the room common area only. Not including breakfast I had to pay extra everyday. Interior was very old. All restaurant cost twice than outside. The hotel is middle of market so front hotel is not hotel it's like middle of market. I strongly recommend don't go there it is waste your money.
