Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. They helped with finding buses, taxis, and trains to take. They also helped with setting up a SIM card. Very polite. The facilities were very clean as well. Breakfast was was good as well.
It is close to Don Muang airport and train station however make sure that you are flying into Don mango airport as it is about a 45 minute taxi ride from the main airport. It is also a 45minute-1 hour taxi ride to most of Bangkok's attractions.
The highlight was how helpful and friendly the staff were. Excellent service from them.

Cons: Three beds in the first, newer room took up the whole room with no space between them. This gives you an idea about the size of the room. We asked for a different room and it was OLD with stained furniture, whatever few pieces of it there were. Both rooms can be described as dormitory rooms, not a hotel.

Cons: Not necessarily a negative if you are fully mobile but if not you should be aware of the very tight, steep staircases that lead to most of the rooms. Be careful or request to book on a lower level. No elevator
