China allows foreign nationals with valid residence permits and visas to enter the country under certain very limited conditions. The current rules are subject to change at any time.

Visitors from India must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken within 48 hours before departing to China.
Visitors from India will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering China.
Unvaccinated travelers returning from China must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken within 72 hours before departure to India.
Fully vaccinated travellers with approved vaccination certificates do not need to present a negative COVID-19 test.
Visitors returning from China are not required to quarantine upon entering India.
