All functions worked like clockwork, everything gleamed, Reception staff super efficient and the breakfast buffet superb. A very well oiled machine is the Polonia Palace!

Pros: Classic European lux hotel. A grand dame of Warsaw. Fully modern with wonderful, English-seaking staff. Very comfortable room; king bed; excellent Internet service; huge comfortable bathroom. Outstanding breakfast (get breakfast with your rate!). Also enjoyed dinner one evening when it was particularly sleety and blustery outdoors -- did not want to go anywhere.

Pros: Polonia Palace Hotel has so much to offer both business and leisure travelers. Great location, big, comfortable, QUIET and well appointed rooms, attentive staff and the best breakfast buffet ever. Conference rooms are attractive and convenient to the guest rooms and amenities. Pros: We arrived late on the Friday evening and we didn't want to leave the hotel room, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The value for money with this hotel is there for everyone to see, I brought my girlfriend here for the weekend to celebrate her birthday and we were gutted when we had to check out at the end of the weekend!

Cons: The heat of the shower water is a real problem. There is a significant pulsing of water which goes from cold to scalding hot in a matter of 2-3 seconds. It's so bad that I will not stay in the Westin Warsaw again. I'm an SPG loyalist, but I won't be staying at the Westin Warsaw ever again due to the water heat situation. It's really bad, and when I told the front desk, they commented that the problem had to their knowledge been fixed. I can't be the only guest that finds this dangerous and terribly bothersome.

Pros: This was my second stay in the Hampton Warsaw City Centre. Location in Warsaw, lobby decor and ease in checking in and out, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, speed of elevators, room decor, comfort, and cleanliness, the informal dining in the lobby area, are all flawless and superb. The breakfast is probably one of the best I have ever experienced and I have traveled far and wide. Great value for the money! I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

The window coverings were broken so we couldn't slide them closed to have darkness for the late evening and morning. We only had 2 towels so I asked for another couple towels. I was told 2 towels is standard. I asked if I could pay extra for more towels and she said she has not towels up there so, no I can't. There was also no shampoo.

Pros: Great staff. Both Yacubs were friendly and helpful! Gave me info about the town and printed document for me. Also helped to find a masseur. Big thanks!
