We have stayed in this hotel a few times and it consistently meets, or even exceeds, our expectations. It's in great location, hassle-free and the staff are very helpful and and polite-I've left something in the room and a staff member rushed upstairs to get it even though I told him there was no need-thank you!
There was no such thing, we will probably be staying in this hotel every time we visit Warsaw.
