Pros (+) The staff was very professional and the facilities were great overall.
Cons (-) There is a strong smell on the floor and a different strong smell in the suite (like fried fish or something) the suite was great although it looked a bit dated . The staff mentioned they would put laminated flooring next year which would help with my 2 points above.

Pros (+) We love the location! It's very easy to get to and out of. The staff was one of the biggest and most helpful people! Would come back and stay again.
Cons (-) Parking was only included if booked through hotel website. It would be nice to have that cost included.

Pros (+) Loved the location off the main road, but next to Stanley Park. Staff was friendly, check-in quick and efficient. Book with the hotel directly to avoid parking fees ($20)
Cons (-) Stayed in unit #1010, dated and a bit run-down; as a strata I assume suites vary. Wanted to use pull out couch-hardly room to extend it and it had no linens. Other suites may be nicer.
