Pros: Lots of events for making fun for kids

Cons: Besides poor internet connection and entering of the staffs without permission for 3 times, everything was perfect.

Cons: the room is not clean as well

Pros: Everything was Ok. only the Timing Of Lunch was not fair.

Pros: Very clean and neat property. It’s not very big but very cozy and comfortable. Room was good specious and clean. We had a terrace with access to our pool (swim up) - loved it. Food was very tasty, and variety was good. Staff very attentive.

Pros: Staff are professional, Very clean, rooms are really nice, feels like home. Buffet is superb. Highly recommend it. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to visit again.

Pros: Nice big rooms, good pool when not so cold. Good indoor pool if heated a bit, nice sauna and hammam.

Cons: Very poor food. Unfriendly staff, very cold pool, rooms not cleaned properly.

Pros: Overall great stay, the hotel has some great facilities and there was plenty of food options available! Entertainment is great as long as the guests are willing to get involved!

Cons: As 2 girls we were ‘very popular’ with the male staff, and in general the local men. Just be wary of this as at times it was very persistent and sometimes uncomfortable.

Pros: Well I believe the snack bar was the best part of good food at this period as I've been there, considering bad dinners ofcourse! :)) at this season if u have swim up rooms choose the side with the sun, the first 2 nights we had the part with absolutely no sun and we didn't enjoy the pool at all. But they changed our room to the sun part of hotel for the last rest of our stay. So far for that price we paid could say, it was ok! But they are not 5* at all!

Cons: We had been there for 5 nights and well, I believe we were there about the end of the season and all staff were tired of summer season! They were trying to be nice but the quality of service was not so good! U could feel that :)) the food was really challenging me every day, honestly I didn't enjoy it at all at dinner time unless the Turkish theme night! U could say, it was Okayish:)) and I believe the biggest problem of this hotel are cats! They are every where! My friend has problems with Cats and specially at the meal time they were there all the time! Basically she couldn't enjoy her meal at anytime! I believe they should really consider about them, because as I saw lots of people had problems with them! Alcohol is so cheap as well! I mean just the beer could say was good for me.

Pros: Staff are very friendly and really helpful, whilst the breakfast was fine - if you don't get fed up with eggs! The hotel is spotless, cleaners very efficient and do rooms daily. All round the hotel it is clean including the highlight of the Hotel - the massage rooms, which you must visit.

Cons: The food was a bit repetitive and boring but in fairness there was something for everyone. Main complaints are that the facilities were very poor with gym and pool areas in need of an upgrade. We went all inclusive and I have to say, you could drink the hotel's gin and tonics all day and you wont be over the limit! At best watered down massively. Room was spartan but as I say clean. Main issue is that the hotel does not look like the pictures on booking.com or their web

Pros: The location is good and there was enough space for all guests everywhere.

Cons: Service was awfull. Check in was not informative at all, nothing was explained and we had to explore everything by ourselves. Moreover, reception guy was very rude and rejected to give the lunch box for the morning, when we went for the excursion early. We have noticed the room cleaning only 2 times and bathroom was not cleaned during the whole stay (2weeks!). The bathroom is uncomfortable as there is no curtains and the floor is always wet. Also there was a lot fungus and mold it the bath. The sunbeds are dirty as the dogs are sleeping on them. The wi fi was terrible, we even could not use the skype. We'll never come back.

Cons: Food is horrible. Service is a disgrace and there lack of putting up wet floor warnings when they had water all over the floor by the coffee bar cause me to fall and have to go to the hospital as a result of there negligence.

Cons: The hot tube in the spar is a disgrace not only do most of the jets don’t work the thing is filthy. The area around the hot tube is in need of some money spent on it also. The food was generally good but a bit more effort on the main courses. Salads etc fantastic.

Pros: We booked a Club room for 7 Nights. This is the more expensive room. The room was certainly not to a 4 Star hotel standard. At best it was a good package holiday room. The terraces are overlooked or adjacent to the walkway between the main hotel and these rooms. The photo of the bathroom for this room was actually the bathroom in the standard main hotel room. When we complained after 2 days we were moved, without any bother, to a room in the main hotel. This room was to a 4 Star standard and we were happy it. The difference in price between both rooms was 30 euros per night which was not refunded. I have never before come across a hotel where the more expensive room was inferior to the cheaper room. Staff were good and friendly. Food was also good.

Pros: Food and service were all amazing, could not fault this property in any way. Turkish bath and full massage were incredible!! as was the ice-cream, cocktails and juice bar...all on tap!

Cons: They don’t have an elevator to enter from the first floor to the swimming pool floor. We had to take the steps with our baby’s car, which was not convenient

Cons: Staff didn’t speak English, the one who did was hard to understand. Internet Connection very poor, had to log on every few minutes. We wanted to do a trip on a Gület boat, they didn’t know what it is. Also a resort of this size needs more than one elevator.

Pros: I liked the fact that was in front of the beach and very close to Bodrum and other beaches, with very good access to other tourist places.

Cons: The room was small, not clean, the housekeeper only changed the towels, and even the new towels were not clean, some had stains as were old and cut up. The bathroom was not clean and they didn't clean it in all 5 night that we were there. The food was like a 1 out of 5. Not fresh, not tasty, everyday meatballs and overall it was not good. Also the drinks were cheap, they didn't have professional bartenders so they made the drinks by luck.

Pros: Located close to the sea. Two pools. Friendly staff.

Cons: Number of dog's encouraged by the staff . Sleeping on sunbeds and begging at table's for food, also chasing other dog's and people passing on bicycles in packs of 6 or more. Staff need to communicate better, no directions given on arrival to restaurant, bar or pool. Bar staff quiet and unfriendly.

Cons: The food was horrible!!!!!!! This is worst food experience I ever had!!!! Even breakfast was so poor! They use same frying machine for everything - meat, fish, chicken, omelet, etc...once omelet smelled like fish - we couldn’t eat it! Vegetables and fruits NOT delicious. I don’t know how they could find such fruits at this season. The second day we got food poisoned. Had some wounds inside the mouth. My husband vomited right away after eating burger. I guess they use something in food because after you have super heavy stomach, even if you had just piece of meatball. Beer mixed with water. Wine is so so :/ alcohol drinks poor as well. We stayed only 3 nights, otherwise we would change the hotel for sure!

Cons: Staff are not able to communicate in English, you need to spend a lot of time to explain simple request/information. Food is not that good, I booked all inclusive for 3 nights and ate only once in the hotel then I decided to eat outside as the quality and quantity of food was not satisfying at all.

Cons: I would def not recommend this place to anyone!!! If you plan to come here, dont come!! It should be closed, and it is a def 1 star hotel.First of all, we booked at the Dragut Point North and when we came, no one was speaking English and they gave us room for one person, when we payed for double room, then there was NO BEACH like its written on their booking, the kitchen was empty during the dinner, the pool was basically for 5 people maximum, and we were more than shocked and disapointed. The stuff stole the big packet of 20 packs of cigars from our suitcase as well, when they were fixing the room. This hotel did not look nothing like on the pictures. Do not believe the pictures.We had no other choice than to change to Dragut Point North with the help of the only person who knew how to speak English somewhat better.When we came there the people at the reception were so rude and no one helped us with our bags. We were hoping for something better but nevertheless we were disapointed again. The hotel itself is extremly old.. You can see that once it was a good hotel but not anymore. The food is the same everyday, old for 2,3 days with small animals on it (ants), the beach is basically one wodden platform with extremly dirty and broken sun beds again, NOTHING LIKE ON THE PICTURES as well as the pool who was cleaned only 1 time every 9 days maybe .. Considering the fact that we stayed for one month not a single day was changed.. The staff speaks no English, and most of the staff is incredibly rude especially the ones working in the bar. On some days the room was cleaned but few times we had to tell them to clean it few times and they still didnt do it. Once again, theft, someone stole our towels from the beach when we were not there, which is also not safe at all!! If you love yourself dont come here because it is not worth the money at all! It is not refundablr hotel so we were stuck there.. Worst hotel of my life..

Pros: Very close to center of Turgutreis and the ports. The rooms are cleaned daily.

Cons: When i was not in the room, the hotel staff moved my room and my stuff without asking my consent. Not knowing this fact, with the previous card key, i entered to my previous room thinking that i still stay there. There i came across another person, fortunately, we understood the issue. It could have lead to terrible consequences and i also informed the hotel staff about this. They offered me a free massage for this but i could not use it due to lack of time. So, i did not like the level of professionalism and security of this hotel.

Pros: I think the only thing I liked was the beach area and the very helpful concierge by the name of Benginur. She made bookings for us and suggested excellent places to try out. She was the only friendly face who made us feel welcome.

Cons: On our first morning they left the dirty dishes we had from room service sitting in the room after house keeping was there to clean. The customer service was terrible, especially the restaurant staff who did not have a care in the world, not even greeting us and seemingly irritated by any requests. I would not recommend this place to anyone who can only speak English as there was often language barrier problems. Overall, the staff certainly made this beautiful place the worst holiday we had been on.

Pros: I liked the location the sea view and the suite room its so wide and comfortable also guest relation team so helpful especially so nice lady there her name is Benginur were she gave us very detailed information we asked for. I recomend this hotel as its one if the best i visited ever.

Cons: Where to begin... This is not a 5* luxury hotel - firstly, the lobby looks very 90s and not luxury at all. The breakfast buffet had mouldy cheese in it which was gross However by far the worst thing about this hotel is the staff - they were unhelpful and unprofessional. At breakfast they were messing about and throwing bits of ham at a stray cat, they seemed bothered when we asked them for coffee and they didn't even make the effort to show us to a table. In addition to this, the Guest Relations Manager sent me a whatsapp message after my stay, begging me for a 10 star review on this website, which i found incredibly uncomfortable and rude, considering the experience we had here was far less than a 10!! The pools were beautiful, but the staff were playing loud and awful club music in the middle of the day which made it not a relaxing experience at all.

Cons: Staff lacks knowledge of basic English Food other than breakfast. There’s only one restaurant and it’s not even consistant. Spa was a let down. Overpriced for treatments and only 3 out of 7 spa rooms were turned on so not much to do.

Pros: The area was very nice with the best places right around the corner. Wether you want to go for a fancy diner, or you want to have a stroll around at the market and go for casual diner. The staff was very nice and helpful especially at the restaurant where the breakfast was something to look forward to every morning.

Pros: Very pleasant hotel and great location. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Also, there is a very tasty and rich Turkish breakfast in the marina over looking the see.

Pros: Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location that was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The staff were all amazing and the service outstanding, particularly from Emre who took fantastic care of us every day we spent at the private beach. The food was incredible and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Well located with rooms giving on the private beach front, the rooms are big and have a lot of natural light. The hotel has a decent sized gym and a restaurant (breakfast and lunch only), staff is very friendly. Marina is walking distance

Cons: Despite having it's own beach front, there is a lot of plastic debris in the sea and washing up on the beach which makes the swimming experience less exciting. Appreciate the hotel has staff cleaning the beach every now and then but it's not ideal I went in October which meant the club next door was closed, perfect if you're looking for some peace and calm which what I was after. However, until mid September it's usually very busy and potentially loud. Although I haven't been so hard to judge but good to know Finally when paying the bill, if you're using Revolut or Monzo, make sure you ask them to select the option to pay in lira on their card machine or you will get charged an unecessary 3.5% fx fee

Cons: NO car parking ( very difficult to found a space in street ), internet weak and only in reception, bed are too small for adults, don't stay in annex building it is far, and not all staff speak English.
