Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent and convenient location, especially for shopping and access to city attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, citing unhelpful or rude staff and problems with booking or check-in. Cleanliness is also a common concern, with several guests describing rooms and facilities as dirty or poorly maintained. Additionally, room sizes are frequently mentioned as being very small and cramped. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room comfort.
