Pros: Offered me a better car than I have asked for. The car is specklessly clean upon collection. Staffs are friendly and professional. Paper work and car collection done in a brisk.Cons: Nothing that I can think of. Keep up the good work.

Pros: Car was clean and in an excellent condition. Staff were very friendly and made the experience very pleasant.Cons: Rental time was short, and price steeper compared to local rental companies.
6.0 Good19 Dec 2016
Pros: Brenda noticed that I made a mistake booking the car only for a few hours and helped me change it. She also proactively asked if I plan to take the car to Malaysia, which I did and explained the extra cost.Cons: I was informed that I will have a 1000 dollar hold on my account for 30-35 days. I find the length of the hold unacceptable! It would have been done even up to two weeks but after a month my credit company will charge me interest for the amount. The piling off charges: extra 30 $ leaving the country, extra 30$/day toll charges, extra for the amount I will have to pay as interest for the 1000$ deposit made the extra charges more expensive than the car rental itself. This makes planning for vacation costs difficult and the experience makes you feel word off. I wouldn't have minded the cost of I would have been aware of them.
Pros: No one at the counter. I had to go to another terminal to find someone that could rent me the car Practically impossible to find where to drop off rental car at the airport. Only 3 spaces labeled for drop off in a sea of parking spaces.Cons: Having counter manned so you can rent a car. The drop off location in the garage is the best kept secret in Singapore. We asked 10-12 people if they knew where the return location was and the answer was always the same - I don’t know. Then again no one at the counter on the return.
Too expensivePros: Nothing muchCons: V v v expensive. Had to wait for the car. There were all sort of different hidden charges.

Pros: Airport pickup handy and for drop offCons: Cost of rental was very expensive. Car was relatively new but had not been well treated, every panel had minor damage.

20 travellers who rented a car in Singapore gave the car agency they used an average rating of 7.4
Singapore is a small city, island, and republic all rolled into one, and it is the perfect destination to travel to with a rental car. There are several attractions to see within a relatively small area, so hop in the car and drive freely wherever you want to, from the beaches on the East Coast or Sentosa, to the popular Singapore Zoo. The southern coastline is about 30 miles long, making it a quick 40-minute scenic drive.
All the big car rental companies can be found at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), which has four terminals. There are car rental desks at all terminals, situated in their respective Arrivals Hall. You can travel between Terminals 1, 2, and 3 either by foot or by taking the free Skytrain service. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus connecting Terminal 4 to Terminal 2.
The first thing you need to know about driving in Singapore is that traffic stays on the left-hand side of the road, and turning left at red lights is illegal. The country's infrastructure is one of the best in Asia, and drivers are typically well-behaved. If you're planning on driving during your visit, it's best to head there between February and April, as November-January is the wet season.
Traffic in Singapore is relatively free-flowing because of the Electronic Road Pricing System, which works on a pay-as-you-use basis; basically, it lets motorists drive through priced roads during peak hours. Except when there is an accident, you will most likely not encounter traffic jams. Still, avoid driving between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., and then again between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., so as not to add extra time to your travels.
