Pros: The view from the balcony and the swimming pool is just stunning. The host was very friendly and gave us a bottle of red wine upon arrival. The location is quiet and relaxing but you have access to the ferry to get to other places. Loved it and would stay again

Cons: The only small thing is no window in the bedroom however this didn’t matter as soon as I was awake I was back on the balcony

Pros: Tiziana our host was so friendly and welcoming. We were gifted a bottle of wine upon arrival and shown to our suite which had an amazing view over the lake. We were immediately made to feel welcome and were given tips on things to do/see during our stay. Would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: Locates not in a crowded area, quite with stunning view. 10min walk distance to the peer, where we did a boat tour to Bellagio and Verena. We had everything we need in the apartment. The host was super sweet, I mentioned that the second day after our arrival is my mum‘s birthday, so she brought a small birthday cake with little candle in the morning to my mum, really very touching and thankful for this! We had a great time and will come back again.

Cons: At first we did not have the remote for the ac. When I called in they immediately brought in a fan and had the remote the next day.

Pros: Great location just a short walk from the historic old town of Sirmione. We enjoyed using the pool and the view from our room watching the sunset was fantastic!

Pros: The location was very good and the large range of facilities were excellent, especially for families. The breakfast buffet was one of the best with an huge variety to choose from. The restaurants also served good quality food. Staff were very helpful .

Cons: The room and its location. Our room/apartment was not in the main hotel but in a completely separate house at least 50 metres away and down a very steep gradient (room F22). This made accessing all the facilities, such as the reception and restaurants a tiresome exercise. Plus the room was tired and old fashioned with very limited view of the lake. Not at all like the modern rooms which are advertised on your website, which were a significant reason for choosing this hotel. The booking was made seven weeks beforehand so it was not a last minute reservation. Our room was so different from those advertised it could constitute a case for violating trade description. With hindsight I do believe that guests booking direct probably get the rooms shown on the website. Very disappointing and therefore expensive error.

Pros: Very nice staff, good breakfast, nice restaurants, great view, pretty pool and generally the whole hotel grounds are really nice, with plenty of stuff to explore (playgrounds, little ponds with fish, botanical garden, lake beach...).

Cons: I did not like that they separate people with kids from the rest (e.g. with kids you can't use terrace for breakfast, you are assigned specific seating areas for dinner, you can't use the big pool). I get the reason why they do it, it just doesn't feel right to me. Don't take me bad, the staff was so nice with kids, it's just that I am not a fan of this separation policy. Plus hilly location makes it tricky to walk around with stroller/small kid. I also think our room would make use of some refurbishing (nothing dirty just a little aged design), in general the whole hotel concept is a little aged - hotel where you have everything (from pool to resort restaurants to donkeys for kids), there is champagne for breakfast, there is organised daily-program for the hosts....I don't know, it's so 1990's. But really, the hotel is a perfect choice if you are into this type of accommodation. I simply am not.

Pros: Very friendly employees, very Good Food ( breakfast is Amazing!), excellent room and facilities. Beautiful views. Great for children, but excellent for parents

Cons: Room next to bottle bank and crèche (if we had children that would be fine) being older residents the room was a poor selection by staff. The walk in wardrobe could have benefited from a full length mirror and more standard power sockets to use for charging would have helped. Finally drinks were a little expensive.

Cons: Beds weren't very comfortable. The carpet on stairs going up to bedrooms was very scruffy and worn which was a bit disconcerting but the bedrooms were spotless.

Cons: The restaurant menu is a little bit pricey. We had a room overlooking the street and it gets noisy in the early morning with people coming to the bar and cars/motos passing by. The room is in a small need of renovation.

Pros: The position close to the bus stop for C12 bus from Menaggio to Lugano. Lakeside location and good sized rooms, close to Porlezza centre

Cons: Old and tired hotel, room in desparate need for renovation, no aircondition, a lot of noise from the street due to old Windows...

Pros: The hotel is a bit out-dated, but the view from our room definitely made up for that! Beds were comfortable, staff very friendly.
