Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast was the same daily but was good.
Cons (-) Difficult to control the room temperature at times
Pros (+) The staff were all very warm n welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The breakfast and afternoon snack were great especially on arrival when you are hungry. This will be a hotel chain we will be using again
Pros (+) The breakfast was great, a lot of variety. The kickoff dinner is perfect for us as we tend to eat lightly in the PM. Free wine and beer! Nice pool and hot tub. Clean comfortable rooms. Attentive, friendly staff.

Pros (+) Was originally assigned room by elevator. Husband preferred away from elevator. Front desk was more than accommodating! No more rooms like we had available, gave us an upgrade without additional charge! Very clean and quiet! Will definitely go back!
