Osaka hotels in Naniwa

Pros: Hot spring was very relaxing. The free ramen and drinks each night were very a real bonus and the free coffee and soft drinks in the canteen all day were very good.

Cons: Nothing, my favourite hotel in Japan.

Pros: Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby. A supermarket is only 70 meters to the right of the hotel. Also the nice free ramen at 2130. Breakfast in the morning is good too. The deluxe room I was in was very comfortable.

Pros: the private onsen was lovely! water temperature could stand to be hotter tho. was really looking forward to use the massaging chairs but were occupied by many chinese tourists. the free flow alcohol & self serve ramen looks interesting tho I didn't get to try any since I was too tired after onsen. amenities in Japan as always was outstanding & thoughtful. also, super clean! I really would stay in hinode again if I have the chance to go back to Japan again. 10/10 is a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

Cons: the area is not something I would call super strategic. it's a little quiet but you still have your convenience. like few konbini around within walking distances & places to eat around the place. understanding that it is a hotel & it was an exceptional hotel, but I wasn't expecting the many rowdy chinese tourists that came along with it too. we travelled during the coldest winter, not expecting jam packed chinese tourists but there we were. lol.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and the facilities and the room were very good. We were almost the only guests and they closed after we left because of Covid 19

Pros: The staff could not do enough for us. Front desk were eager to assist. Restaurant staff were vigilant, keen and hard working. Food catered to all nationalities. Housekeeping - our room was spotless and made up promptly every day.

Pros: the staff when we check in the room, bathroom smells something wrong. so we askd check this out. and then hotel staff was came in the room. she check the bathroom. and them she recommand change the room. it was nice. refreshing air. not smell at all. the staff was very kind. i forgot her name. so sad. let me know her name : )

Pros: The hotel is really well placed for getting about as it is just a few minutes walk from Daikokuchō Station which is on the Midōsuji Line. That means you can travel about easily, including directly to Shin-Ōsaka if you plan to use the Shinkansen. It is easy to walk into the Namba area etc for somewhere exciting to eat or drink, but there are also local restaurants. Breakfast was a reasonable price with a good variety of choices. The room was compact but comfortable with a slightly dated bathroom. We found this such a good base for travel we extended our stay.

Cons: Nothing to note.

Pros: The breakfast was good and the location was great for us (we were there for the sumo tournament). The staff was excellent and there were many English speakers. I would definitely visit again.

Cons: The beds were a little firm but the staff accommodated us by adding a comforter to the bottom of the bed to make it softer.

Pros: Very conveniently located to shopping street area

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good as Namba-Nankai Station is just less than 5 minutes away. Dotonburi, Shinshibashi/ shopping districts and Kuromon Market are all within walking distance. The big malls in Namba are just around the corner and Lawson is near one of the hotel's entrance. The breakfast buffet is good. There is free coffee in the lobby and vending machines in each floor. Tea service is provided in the room. The staff are very attentive and even provided umbrellas for the guests as it was raining on our first day of stay.

Cons: I just wished that coffee, sugar and cream sachets were included in the tea service provided in the room.

Pros: The location is near to everything. Namba train station, dotonbori, OCAT and lot more. Breakfast is good and delicious but same. Btw, it’s japanese breakfast. I get frustrated because the food looks like chicken nuggets but its potato nuggets. Please have chicken nuggets, sunny side up, bacon and American omelette. Good thing also they have free water and COFFEE - all day!

Cons: Don’t be fooled that the quadruple room was good for 4. It’s basically a room good for 2 and they added 2 extra beds. The room was so small for 4 people. Our 4 big luggages won’t fit! We removed one extra bed to fit us. Another complaint, the aircon turned off automatically and centralized. We were so hot and complained that it didn’t work. It’s really like that, they said they turned the aircon off because it was cold outside and just open the windows. We opened the windows and still hot. Why they don’t let the guests decide if they wanted aircon or not? They’re saving electricity. Please also have english instructions on how to operate the aircon. Everything is in Japanese. Too many buttons.

Pros: Definitely the location is good as iton walking distance from Namba station and main area o Namba. The check in area and lobby are nice with friendly staff to give you all the useful information. Breakfast was also decent with a mix of Western and Japanese options. I was surprised to be hosted by a Bilingual; speaking foreigner at the breakfast which is helpful if you have so many non Japanese speaking coming there.

Cons: Although you get a wow feeling when you enter the lobby but it all goes away once you been guided to the room. The room is dark and has no window. Once I sat in bath tub which gave me a view of side of wash basin. It was all black and seems like no one in long time have paid a good attention n proper cleaning.

Pros: Good location , the hotel is in front of Namba station entrance The hotel near Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi The hotel near Bus station to Kansai airport (Namba OCAT)

Cons: The toilet in my room will not flushing and then hotel already repaired. Breakfast has a bit menu. And the same menu every day.(*Stayed for 5 night)

Cons: -checkin and room is different building,but no problem. it’s next to each other. -Very Cold bath area of Open Air Bath in Winter.(pool still warm)

Pros: The hotel was well maintained, clean and our room was so big compared to other hotels in Japan. It was a very quiet room so you will surely have a good night sleep. Bed is a king size so it would fit 2 adults and 2 kids! Bathroom is very spacious, too! The hotel receptionist are very friendly and accommodating. We had to use a microwave oven for food bought in the grocery. The receptionist asked us to go to the cafeteria in the basement so we can use the oven. Thank you so much!

Cons: Our hotel room has no window view so we dont have an idea if it is sunny or raining. We have to check our phones to see the weather so the result is we slept for long hours..hahaha Anyway, thats just a minor thing. ;)

Pros: Friendly staffs, clean and big room, and reasonable price.

Cons: Just a bit hard to find a tower parking garage if you don’t know where it is.
