The beds super comfortable
Well kept outside areas make you think you are in a park like setting, not 12 minutes walk from the strip.
Staff may need to have more transit info handy for tourists. They don't appear to know about the SDX RTC bus option to Fremont St area.
We had four rooms, all King executive. Upon arrival we were told NONE of us could have the rooms and would be put into double rooms. 30 minutes later they “found” us rooms. Very disappointing.
Good location off the strip. Quick Uber over. Nice pool. Nice lobby with Tuscany themes. Clean though simple rooms. I would go back there for another stay.
The hotel probably needs a cosmetic update, particularly the rooms. The walls are the old style 1980's stucco, the bathroom clean but older. The hotel presents like they found inexpensive ways to update areas. Amenities are fair in room but not amazing. Finally the price of food in the hotel was pricey for what you got, including the diner called Marilyn's Cafe which was a straight forward greasy spoon. Service was good though.
The location is perfect . It’s usually quiet , didn’t hear any neighboring rooms or people in the hallway. The room was super clean , the staff was accommodating about a late check out . I have stayed here before and eaten here (not this trip) but the food is delicious . The rooms is huge ! Could easily fit 6 people . Will stay here again definitely .
The staff could have been friendlier especially at check in . And the bed wasn’t the best but it’s big and clean . Our AC unit was loud and might have needed repairs? But it worked . Nothing but minor things that could be improved
The rooms were very clean. We liked the large, open floor plan. It is located near the strip and across from several restaurants.
Get better pillows
This is a great place to stay if you have a car. No charge to park and allows you to bring some food into the rooms because they each have a mini fridge. You can get good rates here if you find the right sight. Not that close to the strip but not so far that it’s a problem.
Why not have better pillows? Stayed here a few times and each time forget how bad they are.
Spacious room. Clean and friendly staff.
Bigger TV would be like.
Everything was great. Restaurants were good and very reasonable, Caseno was clean. and Two nice pools with someone to bring you drinks.
You can get more for your money other places
Pool hours. Other places close the pool early
Loud I can hear everything from other rooms. Pool water was cloudy. Near building C was a horrible smell of sewage.
Best kept secret off the strip!
Perfect for a “reprieve” from the strip. We extended our stay several nights. More like a condo than a hotel. Spacious suites, extremely clean. Will be our go to place in the future.
Near to the strip, just 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are really big and bed are comfortable. They offer you some coupons to save money for dinner in their restaurants (that are nice).
A real good location, quiet, good value. It was nice to get discounts on meals and gambling.
No free internet in lobby. A business centre would be a good addition. Also, dishes in kitchen cabinets would be a nice touch.
It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere without the hussel and bussel of the strip and had easy acess to the strip. The room was large and they didn't skimp out on towels or toiletries. Would be nice if they could provide a few cooking utensils and cutlery. But will recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Vegas. Cheap prices good service and comps couldn't ask for more.
It would have been nice if they could provide you with a shuttle service to the strip.
Drinks in casino- bad, staff - exellent, cosy rooms, No poker tables - only poker room.Food in cafe - disgussting but in restaurant -very good
food in small cafe near entrance to casino - very bad
My wife and I booked three nights and stayed five! Very good location (just off Las Vegas Boulevard) room was excellent and reception staff both attentive and informative (Tara was particularly helpful, a great asset to the hotel and possessed of a wicked sense of humour) We were not overly impressed with Marilyn's cafe (which we understand to be a franchise and not actually a part of the hotel) but for the money, the food was acceptable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tuscany Suites to others and would definitely book again should we return to Las Vegas.
Room rate was recalculated daily using some formula known only to the hotel ranging from $27 - $60, plus "service charges", (was I paying for maid service in addition to the room rate?), plus taxes. The advertised rate was $20 per day. The total was a stunning $743!!! I would never darken their door step again, and will tell everyone I know to avoid the place like the plague!
Nice Resort, when you lost all of your Money and want to rub Shoulders with other Losers....., This is the last Place in Vegas, before you hit Skid Row...
Too many Shirtless and Wife-Beater Drunken Cowboys running around, yelling and picking fights. This is a low , low budget Mo Hotel...
THe quietness around the sminning pool
Very good position (5 minutes walking from the centre of the strip), big and rich room, very nice environment.
Location is good, close to strip but at the same time its quiet and clean
Wi-fi is extra money
