The location and the staff are nice The Printing Press late bar is a nice addition too
There are lots of things that need fixing and the noise of renovations were disturbing The heating is fan/AC kind and it’s loud and unhealthy
Parking was a pain but it was Sunday so didn’t have to pay for street parking
The service from the staff was excellent. The hotel is set in a beautiful building and in a fantastic, central location. It's a short walk to everything.
There were works ongoing at the time of our stay meaning we had to travel up 4 floors to then come back down 3. I appreciate refurbishment works are fundamental to the running of the hotel, but its not a great experience for guests. Also, we were over looking the service road to the rear of the hotel where the surrounding bars empty their bottle bins so smashing bottles every few hours was kind of annoying.
Location is great! Bath tub was wonderful.
Rooms too small or when taken a suit - the windows did not allow yo too look outside because they were too high. Really weird floor plan.
