Pros: The staff is incredibly kind, I felt like a king during my stay. Room service is the most professional, give that man a raise! And for the massage guy too! The room itself was beautiful, the bed is huge, and they always left fresh fruits for us on the table. The breakfast was so delicious, I couldn't stop stuffing myself, and every bakery product is made by the hotel restaurant. There's always live music, pianos, violins, it really suits the place.

Pros: Our stay at the new york palace was absolutely perfect ! The staff team is incredibly nice and careful, the breakfast the morning really tasty and a lot of choice, the room was splendid with a beautiful view on budapest and a kindly welcoming, the confort of the bed and bathroom vanities 10/10. Pros: we initially booked a room in the new wing, gorgeous room and bathroom with big bathtub, no view. we upgraded to a room in the main building; beautiful room, smaller bathroom, still no view really, I'm not sure the upgrade was worth it. The property is absolutely breathtaking. the neighbourhood isn't too upscale but we didn't even feel like leaving the hotel. The spa was incredible, the restaurant beyond words. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Cons: The shower was terrible. I tried not to flood the bathroom with water, but it was impossible. We asked for a toilet paper in the room, but they forgot about it (that's a mistake I can forgive though). The pool could use a renovation. The orchids they have are beautiful, but they keep it a way that cuts the overall lifetime of the flowers, that's wasting. And there was an unidentified splatter on the wall, most of it was cleaned, but I hope it wasn't blood? They use two smaller matresses on the bed instead of one big, and it was a bit uncomfortable, when we tried to cuddle.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, a good choice and set us up for the day. Also, service was continued till 10.30 which was a really good time and allowed us to sleep in. In particular I liked the cereal and the ability to make it healthier with the addition of nuts,seeds and dried fruits. The ability to make fresh coffee in the room was excellent. Loved the spacious bathroom.

Pros: My room was serviced daily and overall, all rooms within the hotel were kept clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and fitness room, wish I could've spent more time there. Underground parking(clean) is optional at an additional cost, otherwise, hard to find in the city. The breakfast had a great variety of foods, including options for vegetarians. Nice presentation. I travel often so coffee is a big necessity for me and I looked forward to it everyday (great coffee options-variety joices˘ ). There was outdoor space if you chose to eat outside. The front desk and breakfast staff were very informative and friendly in helping us around the city. They offered welcome drinks. We were very happy with our stay.

Pros: I had a lovely stay in Budapest with Bo33 hotel. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a good kitchen with useful equipment. Also the room had good aircon and a balcony. Breakfast had many options and was good quality . Also there was champagne and a chocolate fountain. After breakfast, in the lobby they have coffee and lemonade you're free to have.

Cons: I don't know why the amenities in my bedroom were not replenished daily and further, just two packs of sugar and milk means one can only have a cup of something. We liked having tea at the end of the day and first thing in the morning. However, the wonderful mini fridge allowed us to keep a carton of milk so it didn't really affect our experience.

Cons: Prices seem extortionate (eg laundry, breakfast), room only available at 4pm. No additional power sockets in the room for charging devices (needed to unplug lamps at night via my phone torch to plug in chargers!!). The Corinthia is a beautiful hotel - but maybe we’ve been spoiled in other boutique hotels with nicer touches (no turndown, no coffee / tea, complimentary water on 1st day only). In all, was a bit disappointed in value for money.

We went to the New York cafe which exceeded our expectations with its beauty. Went for a trip to the day spa which I think is a must do for everyone who stays there- it was great. The rooms were clean and decorated very nicely! After travelling Europe going between other hotels and hostels this was one of the highlights. It would take very little effort to paint the walls for example in the residence area the same as those in the hotel (especially when the 5th floors are connected!) are not to do so seems to be petty and unnecessary. The gym (which is in the hotel) is also a bit odd, being open plan straight onto the corridor - but all the kit works OK, just a bit like being on display...

Pros: Location is outstanding and the breakfast was good. Really in the center of the tourist area and easy walk to metro, river and many local hotspots. Safe neighborhood!
Cons: Room air conditioner could not keep up with cooling the 2 bedroom apartment space and 5 guest. We had two fans and opened the windows to make sleeping somewhat tolerable however no one really slept well sweating all night. Having the windows opened was noisy with music and voices down below. With windows the noise was fine however the heat necessitated all windows wide open.

So happy!!! The staff (restaurant and reception) were polite, friendly, and very professional. Not surprised that this hotel is 5 star. We got a free drink voucher on arrival that entitled us to a free beverage between 12-6pm every day (still elected beverages). What a thoughtful gesture. We were provided with bathrobes and slippers to wear to the pool. Customer service was excellent. The location was prime. Only 10min walk from Deák Ferenc Tèr, the main metro stop and Váci utca, the main shopping street.

Pros: Really liked this hotel. Beautiful property. Pool and Sauna we so relaxing and gorgeous. The staff in all areas of hotel were very helpful and nice. Bar fridge stocked with yummy snacks and drinks daily. Convenient it had a washing machine since we were in Europe for a long stay and was great to wash out clothes! Food markets nearby so we stocked up on some breakfast foods and drinks. We had breakfast at hotel one day, it was too expensive for such a small selection of food so it was nice our suite had a kitchenette and we could make our own breakfasts.

Staff not able to explain basic info about hotel... hotel employees eating breakfast with guests... dirty floors, very tiny elevators... swimming pool very small and smell of chlorine everywhere, rooms tiny and equipped with an old-fashioned furniture etc. I don't recommend the place especially for people looking for 5 stars standards

Cons: Bed could have been better. Caved in the centre so my husband and I tended to both roll into the middle. Back/hip was hurting after a couple days. But it was minor problem I still had a great stay.

Cons: The facilities in this hostel were not great. When we arrived our room was not clean. There were hairs on the bed sheets and stain on the walls. If you want a hostel with a Kitchen, do not come here!!! The "kitchen" was absolutely tiny, it was literally smaller then our bathroom.

Cons: It's a very basic hotel. No mod cons. Our room was recently refurbished and was good. The hotel is placed in the best part of the city. Nothing to rave about. Nice enough staff but not 4 star. If you want a fairly priced hotel right in the middle of town, it's perfect. If you want room service, 5 star then not for you. It served its purpose.

Cons: There are many of well qualified personel at the hotel desk but we had extremely bad luck when we arrived. Two assistants had extremly poor english and didnt know how to expalin detalis about parking area for motorbikes. Ladies also explained wrong how to pay for a parking place. When we were leaving the hotel other member staff explained how it should be.

Pros: The bed was comfy, the hotel was very close to the train, metro and bus station, the area was really quiet, the staff was nice and helpful and willing to give us directions to get around the city if we needed. We arrived earlier than the check in time and they let us settle in earlier, which was great. We got a new set of towels every day, some toiletries and the room had a safe for money, jewelry, etc. We had breakfast included in the price, there were a lot of things to choose from, including traditional food, and they were all so tasty.

Pros: The bed was comfy, the hotel was very close to the train, metro and bus station, the area was really quiet, the staff was nice and helpful and willing to give us directions to get around the city if we needed. We arrived earlier than the check in time and they let us settle in earlier, which was great. We got a new set of towels every day, some toiletries and the room had a safe for money, jewelry, etc. We had breakfast included in the price, there were a lot of things to choose from, including traditional food, and they were all so tasty.

Pros: I can say just 2 things that i liked in this Hotel. One of them is breakfast and the other one is "proximity to the center and all bus, train and metro stations" Variation in breakfast was really nice. All kinds of meal regarding breakfast was exist in the list. I think severity was addressing all breakfast habits. I assume that breakfast may be enough for a person from Turkey and also from Mexico e.g. or any European Country concurrently. As i said the only other positive thing was that: Hotel is very close the City Centre and all Metro stations.

Cons: First of all, the reception when we leave (check out) on 16/07/2019 around 10:15 (he was tall and brown-haired guy) was so rude and sarcastic. Even if we thank to him after we took back the deposit he was in some interesting behaviours as i said. We did not hear no answer and no good wishes phrase from him after our thanks (except some sarcastic glances) . It was something like they expect to not take our deposit back or like something we did a shame with requesting deposit back. I really frustrated about this. We of course would not except a behaviour like this after spending 1 week and money for the hotel. Just unproffesional behaviour for them that cause losing customer/guest and money. I hope some authorities that responsible from "receptionist" read this. My another complaint is about exchange rates in Hotel. I asked for advice for exchange from Euro to Hungarian Forint in the hotel reception, Hotel reception changed 1 EU - 310 HUF but it was 322 in the corner of the street that we lately realized. If you prefer change offices for exchange it may be better for you. And the other problem was cleaning. The room is cleaned everyday, there is no problem on frequency of making up the room or changing the towels and sheets. But we think that dusting was not enough and everywhere except bed and toilet was in dust. I think cleaners may increase attention on dusting. But anyway we think that the responsible employees from cleaning was really kind and good-faith. This is just a friendly advise for future.

Carpet was dirty and there was still an empty shampoo bottle in the bathtub. - there was a large group of youngsters staying in the hotel and they were very loud and were playing soccer in the hallway. I know it is difficult for the hotel to do something about that but they really kept us awake and it felt like we were staying in a hostel instead of a hotel.

Cons: We have stayed in the same hotel a year ago and it was perfect but this year there were some international games taking place and there were 400 kids staying in the hotel. The noise was unbelievable, we couldn’t sleep because they were screaming all the time and running in the hotel floors. I really loved this hotel in the past but this time was horrible.. i was about to leave and ask for a refund but it was only 1 night left so I didnt.
