Pros: The part of the Outback Motel we stayed in is an historic building with a lot of charm and interest that once belonged to one of Broken Hill's leading personalities. The room was large and comfortable, with an old world appeal. The staff were very helpful both in providing advice about places in Broken Hill, and with some requests we made to them. While the location is a bit away from the main street it is also in an interesting area for walking and is very quiet. All good.

Pros: The property was like a heritage list age building. We unfortunately arrived late due to travel but the owner was very good and helpful. I think due to its position it would be good for people staying a length of time to visit venues in the area
Cons: The facility is a little old and could due with a big makeover to make it more acceptable to customer’s.

Cons: Location of pool not very private in the middle of the carpark and next to the restaurant. I found the pillows to be not comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is probably the best place to stay with regard to location. There is a nice restaurant,obviously closed because of the virus but they have a take away menu and deliver to your door. Also a nice pool.
Cons: The room was very small and with a single bed as well which was not necessary.

Pros: What a darling Donna was. At this crazy time we had to cut short our stay and she graciously did not charge us. We had to go home to Victoria. So not being charged was one less headache for us.

Pros: Very friendly staff, Brenda was extremely helpful in assisting me. Kitchen in my room was very modern with all amenities afforded in a typical home. Courtesy bus available. Comfortable bed. Great value.

Pros: Friendly staff, despite being near the road it was really quiet and the layout of the room was functional which made it quite comfortable

Pros: Not modern accommodation, but if you’re looking for character, cgaem & friendliness, it’s top rate. Had a great evening with the snooker table to ourselves having popped over to the bottle shop over the road (no bar or restaurant on site). Had the most wonderful time.
Cons: Breakfast is cook it yourself and we ran short of oil. But everything you could want there & the proprietress (Cath) can’t do enough for you.

Cons: The code system to get in the door was a bit of a nuisance especially when my husband didn't have his glasses. And the heater was very effective but didn't operate on thermostat. It was hot or off.

Pros: We didn't get breakfast we supplied our own which was fine by us. It suited us very well in walking distance to where we had to go room was well presented
Cons: Where the old air conditioner was is now a window and the street light now shine in through the window and disturbed our sleep, we chose to put a spare pillow into the window surround to block out the light. apart from that we had a lovely stay

Cons: At night it was hard to see the letters and numbers needed to hit on the keyboard near the doorknob in order to unlock the front door. Parking somewhat difficult because the parking spaces were so small.
