Pros: Attention to detail. The daily brunch (included in my reservation) was spectacular - the food was not only plentiful but also delicious. On my birthday, I was served champagne with breakfast. Staff. Each staff member was courteous, helpful and most importantly, dedicated to service. If they did not know the answer, they would find it for you. Spa. After my conference I booked a day at the spa - the massage and facial therapists were professional, most capable, and pleasant to spend time with. Food. The onsite restaurants had expectional cuisine and the service was equally matched.

Pros: Hotel was located well. Within steps of Brandenburg Gate, the US Embassy, French Embassy and Metro station. Five minute walk to the Reichstag. Hotel has an old world charm and elegance. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with dark wood accents. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, from the doorman to the concierge to the check-in receptionist.

Pros: By far my favorite hotel experience ever. It was very luxurious, beautifully appointed, and the service was superb! We were welcomed by a very pleasant and courteous bellman, and every ancounter with staff thereafter was remarkable for its pleasant, service oriented tone. They are in a very deluxe hotel and they treated us, ordinary guests, as if they were delighted to have us! And the breakfast buffet was out of this world!! A terrific experience from start to finish.

Pros: Kayak provided me with an amazing deal to stay at the Adlon Hotel! The room was spectacular: clean with awesome features Like temperature control, super comfortable beds (the most comfy beds I've ever had in a hotel). Breakfast was included...a stunning breakfast buffet including luxury features like Caviar...as well as champagne, Asian fried rice...a lovely buffet!! Our stay at the Adlon was unforgettable and I'm already looking forward to returning there one day!

Pros: Great design and features. The included breakfast buffet had soooo many options. The hotel is and feels new and the location is great for getting around Berlin - just a short walk to U2 station or a slightly longer short walk to the large station at Potsdamer Platz

Pros: The location was amazing! We didn't even realize there was a Ubahn station at the edge of the hotel with cars going through the center of the hotel until our second day there. Brandenburg Tor was only a short walk away. the staff was friendly.

Pros: Terrific location near the train station, tram/subway lines, and tourist attractions. The shower was particularly amazing (high pressure and lots of very hot water)! Overall, an excellent experience.

Pros: Originally we did not like our room, the staff was extremely accommodating and placed us in a room we appreciated much more, they were very helpful. We were upgraded at a small cost.

Pros: We had a great time at this hotel. The location is perfect and you can walk to a lot of different sites and the public transportation is really close, literally out the front door to get to one of the lines. The room was really quiet also. The bar was by far the best experience. We closed the Listo bar several nights during our stay and had a great time with the bartenders Jannick and Ole and the other bar staff as well.

Pros: I booked for $78 on kayak which is a great price. We stayed in room 223 and had a full living room with pullout bed in the sofa, balcony overlooking the street, full kitchen with some plates and silverware available, bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bigger flat screen tv in the living room and small one in the bedroom. I am a manual wheelchair user and had no problem moving around in this room, including bathroom. I transferred into the bathtub which had a small bench built into the side. The controls were difficult to reach but it had the removable shower head. They may have shower chairs available, I didn't ask. It wasn't perfect for WC users but it was usable. Laundry room in the basement, which is free except for the soap which you can get at the front desk for €.50. Breakfast was 13.50€ which is standard price, some are far more. Had a good selection of hot and cold food available. The staff was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. 1 block from Naturkundmuseum train station, 10 minute train ride to checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Brandenburg gate. I would definitely stay here again.
