6.7 Good
Pros: Easy over night stop off
Cons: First I’m disabled so out of 3 floors with no lift where do I get put. Yep top floor. Mattress was 3” thick and made for the worse night I’ve had in my 3 week trip around Europe. Breakfast was a joke Stale bread then no bowls for cereal, when asked staff got told to use the coffee cups. No joke. Don’t stay here.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Simple place for a quick nightover
Cons: could be more comfort for such a price
5.8 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: When we arrived with 2 dogs we were told we were on the top floor with the stairs outside. I have bad knees and took me ages to get up there. Beds were not comfortable I am sure there are park benches that are better to sleep on.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Would stay here for a night, not more.
Cons: Location is not good, away from everything

6.3 Good
Pros: The location is good near the highway. The parking lot is safe and suits for bigger cars. The place is ok for one night stay if there is another option.
Cons: The bathroom really needed a good clean up. There was black mould on the shower walls and under the sink tab. Just need to close eyes when using the toilet. If the is price cheap, the place still can be clean.
7.1 Good
Pros: very useful location if you need a place to sleep during a long journey by car
Cons: the machine at the entrance didn't read any credit card: I could check in only because there was still someone of the staff at the reception

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the centre of town..nice hotel. Clean. Good food and a good reception. And we had transport outside the hotel if needed.
Cons: We liked everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This Ibis hotel is no different from any other Ibis apart from the fact that it has the 'wellness' facilities (extra cost) and a heated swimming pool (free) - the very reason we chose to stay there. Our room was on the small side but perfectly adequate for a two night stay. The food served for breakfast was excellent and although a bit limited, the evening menu was not too bad. That said, the food was cooked very well and the restaurant staff were really good. The pool was really nice and was clearly designed as a place to chill out in. The hotel is located at the top of a small hill just back from the sea-front {? Lake front} and is relatively quiet.
Cons: Children being allowed to use the wellness centre swimming pool as if it was a water 'Fun Park'. Possibly a parental issue but something the hotel staff need to watch out for as this did spoil our stay. Not against kids having fun (far from it!) but not at the expense of the hotel residents using the wellness centre for relaxation purposes. Our room had a small balcony but there were no chairs to sit on and enjoy it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean room friendly staff. Superb breakfast - fruit salad and home made cake. Free Parking
Cons: I cannot think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, lovely dinner, and variate breakfast with the option to take some fruit in a paper bag.Confortable beds, quiet area near the harbour. I forgot my swim dress in the room, and I called on day later, not only they send me free of charge, of they also send me information about the region and a gift, it is one of the best service I have never seen, to the point that I use to travel almost every month, and I will priorize my elections the Ibis chain because this care for their customers.
Cons: the swimming pool area needs a renovation or at least some maintenace.
7.1 Good
Pros: Quiet room. Staff at well being centre friendly.
Cons: Children throwing toys with their parents in swimming pool. Evening meal boring.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated about 15 minutes walk away from the center of the town and the beach ( uphill on the way back ). There is a car park, a lift and a pool. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable, however our room was extremely small, it had a small balcony and we were only there for one night, if staying longer I would suggest you establish if there are larger rooms.
6.7 Good
Cons: you need to walk to the lobby to get some hot water, you can not make hot water for the tea in the room. And there is no free bottle of water in the room

Pros: Nice Hotel for a day staff are lovely especially breakfast staff Near a little beach
Cons: Building Bit of a concrete jungle
7.9 Good
Pros: Short detour from the highway
Cons: This town has no special beauty
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This was a pleasant overnight stay in a quiet location very close to local restaurants and to the sea. The staff we met from our arrival to departure were welcoming, charming, prompt and professional. The restaurant suggestion we were given was excellent. Very good and protected garage space and width for our (quite wide) car. Good to be able to have eggs prepared in different ways for breakfast. The room was well laid out and comfortably furnished.
Cons: The towels in the bathroom were rather thin and small, we like big and fluffy ones! And as I much prefer hard soap to the liquid soap that was in the bathroom, a small alternative bar of soap would have been nice. Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of choice, although you can have extra regarding eggs. It would have helped us to have some explanations when booking on how to get to the hotel, as our GPS got completely lost with the new one way system in the town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beach and plenty of restaurants nearby Excellent air conditioning Super friendly staff, especially Mey
Cons: No bar
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and location were great and accessible. The front desk staff was especially helpful and friendly
Cons: The breakfast was not included
7.1 Good
Pros: excellent breakfast good location, but difficult to find due to one way street, need to get an access plan before staff easy and kind rooms ok good support for parking
Cons: difficult to get in touch by phone with the reception of the hotel after 8 pm
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There is a kitchen for customers. Drinks machine. And in the room there is a kettle for powder coffee and herbal teas. There are some parking lots free in front of the hotel only for customers.
Cons: Everything correct
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing to say.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is new , clean , good and well located

4.6 Okay
Pros: Staff very professional
Cons: We understand that “ Best Western “ is a franchaise , and normally run by an owner manager , which means that they try just that little bit harder to ensure you have an enjoyable stay . We had booked a “ standard Queen size “ , but were originally offered a basic “ box “ . We had also asked for sea views , and had an e-mail confirming this was available “ at no extra cost “ . We were eventually upgraded , but told that it would be an extra €5 , but still no sea view / balcony . We will continue to book “ Best Western “ when we are seeking that “ little extra “ , but this certainly wasn’t provided in Hotel des Thermes . Since the hotel was not very busy in the first half of December , this was very disappointing .The staff member we dealt with was very pleasant amd professional throughout , but our overall experience was far below what we have experienced in other “ Best Westerns “
8.8 Excellent
Pros: all good apart from sign posting from town centre and having to park a little away from the hotel as there is limited on site parking.
Cons: see above but overall good

Cons: The breakfast very poor
5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Spacious, but poorly equipped bathroom, with free-pf-charge flooding while taking a shower.
7.9 Good
Pros: Evening receptionist very helpful when we arrived as although we had booked a parking space, none were available. However he said when he left later we could have his space and he even waited until we had retrieved our car so that no one else would take the space.
Cons: The location as it was in amongst many blocks of flats.
6.7 Good
Cons: Didn't have the full breakfast as the fruit salad was out of a tin and not fresh - very disappointing. Although the hotel was OK inside, the exterior was very run down, no what we are used to with the Best Western Group. Very untidy grounds full of weeds etc. No parking available (this was the main reason for booking the hotel!). Very depressing location. Could not recommend visiting this town at all.
6.7 Good
