Cons: Everything was way too expensive... $500/night for an average room, $10 for 320mbs of data (wifi), $150 deposit on the room on top of the $500... The drinks had no alcohol in them, there were no free movies in the room and you were not allowed to use or take the shampoo and body wash in the room. They had a sign that literally said, if you take them we will charge you. For all the money I paid for the room I should get a free breakfast or something, strong drinks, free wifi etc. I had a nice time at the concert I went to but I will never stay overnight again.

Cons: Late check in time and early check out time.

Cons: It was little past 9 am Friday morning, when the pool at the spa level closed down for non-spa guests. I was politely notified that spa was closed so I grabbed my stuff and left the pool area. Then I remembered seeing the men's locker room area by the fitness center entrance, where I saw a small fridge with water bottles. The door was closed so I opened the door and went in to grab a water bottle. Then there was a staff so I asked if I can get some water. He looks up and down at me and told me to go ahead. Then I saw a basket with clementines, above the fridge so I took one clementine. Then the staff says "you asked for water, not for food." as I was leaving the area. I apologize taking one clementine by mistake, maybe that wasn't for the hotel guest. Maybe it was for the spa guest only. Honestly, I still don't know who was that for. However, do I deserve that kind of attitude for just one clementine, while I am at the hotel spending over $1000 between the room fee and playing at the casino?

Cons: Water Club could use an update. Reasonably comfortable but it's been a few years since the hotel has been updated.

Cons: Room was dirty. Chipped furniture, somebody's dirty socks on the floor, grimy bathroom and the sheets had holes in them and smelled like cigarettes. Was hoping to avoid that in a non-smoking room. Also, got bitten by bedbugs in my one night sleeping in the bed.

Cons: The checkin was to slow and so many ppl waiting was MaryKay convention event.

Cons: Not bathroom fan, and toilet noises

Cons: The thin walls in the facility lent itself to being a noisy stay when the other guests partied late. The management was unresponsive to noise complaints, despite their posted policy about "quiet hours." Security was not what it could have been either. Vagrants could be found loitering around the front of the hotel without visible security to keep them at bay. The room itself had comfortable, if small beds, yet lacks a in-room refrigerator or microwave. The selection of channels on television was disappointing and was a clearly intended to get us to purchase a premium package.

Cons: Usually nothing: You get what you pay for & usually that's roomier, quieter, cleaner & more comfortable than a lot of hotels & motels in AC. Since the Sheraton does not have direct beach access or a casino, the price is usually less expensive - even for a June weekend. This year however, competition from an ANIME" convention (who knew), appears to have driven the cost up a bit. Still, cost/value ratio wasn't too bad, & the ANIME" attendees were entertaining - sort of like a colorful carnival in the lobby.

Cons: Smell of the room wasn't great and the whirlpool had too many kids inside. Needs an age limit

Cons: All good. Ladies at front desk were nice. Low season hotel was empty. Easy access to Ballys casino!

Cons: Small bathroom. Tubs drained very slow. Lobby smelled like cat urine and stale smoke.

Cons: We were there for two nights and our room was not serviced. We also went to the pool and it was smelly and not clean...would not do that again.

Cons: Coffee machine didn't work. House keeping was often late in the day and pretzels from the last guest never made it into the vacuum. Parking charge is excessive but known up front. The resort charge is not presented upon arrival and a negative surprise at the end of the stay. The bathroom was functional but not in-line with the room remodel (missing faucet buttons, loose shower head).

Cons: Lobby area had a weird smell. Restroom in the room did not have a fan.

Cons: Rooms were small , dark ,uncomfortable beds, no coffee maker. Staff was not friendly

Cons: Put offs: chipped paint, water stains, drapes not very clean(something looked like baby puke on them)

Cons: Would have been nice if the counter at the second floor, which looks like a check-in and concierge counter itself, told guests to turn around and check-in at the first floor. It makes the hotel look a percent abandoned, so it makes that little spot look more like a museum half-done.

Cons: My wife and I showed up and was poorly attended to. The lady at the counter kept complaining to her coworker about work. Told me my room that was booked is not available. Left and went into another room behind the counter without saying anything and her coworker came to call her after she noticed we were still waiting. The lady came back and told us that the room is now available. Went up to the room and noticed it isn’t even our room that we requested to be with ocean view. Engineer/service guy walks into our room 5-10 minutes into our stay in the room and apologized as my wife was in the bathroom with the door open. I asked him why he opened the door and didn’t knock and he said the room wasn’t supposed to be in service because AC wasn’t working, no tv in the room and corner of tv stand was Broken. We went back downstairs and waiting another half hour to be attended to and was given 2 small beds in one room. Worse hotel experience!! I couldn’t even complain in ththe morning because the checkout line was longer than a line for the movie theatre. Horrible experience all around. I want a refund!!!

Cons: Only minor complaints here - towels in the room are small, and when we requested extra (we were initially provided two towels for a 4 person room) we were told that all the towels in the hotel were in use! But it was only a couple hours before they brought us more. No big deal. The elevators can be terribly slow on occasion. Most of the time its fine, but there were one or two instances where we waited a solid 5-10 mins for one to come. The drain in the tub is slow, so if you take a shower you will be standing in 2 inches of water by the time you're done.

Cons: Used a spare blanket from the closet in the room and next morning woke up with sand all over myself and the bed. Called in the morning to report the issue, room was made and sand and dirty blanket were born left in room. Called again in the evening and sand was finally taken off the bed but same dirty blanket was left in the room. Finally at around 9pm a new blanket was given to me and I was told that the spare blankets in the closets were not replaced unless asked by the guest. That is disgusting.

Cons: Bathrooms needed some updating. More hangers in the closet.

Cons: Terrible restaurant! Went there for breakfast- I've never seen someone mess up an egg so badly! Staff was extremely slow! Overall it wasn't a big deal, and they were very nice. Oh, and the drinks they served were awful!

Cons: Elevators are almost impossible to get. Tv was broken, called the front desk about it, they lied and said they were sending someone up and never did. Children and families running around even later on in the evening

Cons: Our first room was in unrenovated area and smelled of lingering cigarette smoke - it was gross and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was some kind of waterbug running around the floor. As soon as we went down to reception the gentleman there immediately addressed our needs and gave us a great room on a different floor that had been completely renovated.

Cons: Minor maintences needed in room, refrigerator was not cold, ventilation was not working, iron and ironing board needs replacing, toilet flushes like it was going to overflow, and only 2 out of 5 elevators was working, took 20 mins to sometimes catch one.

Cons: Renovated and unrenovated rooms were the SAME price, but since I prepaid online through kayak there was no way to select between the two. I ended up in an old beat up room with a tube tv from the 80s that was fuzzy and had 4 channels. It mad me mad that that's what I received when I paid the same amount as someone with a newly renovated room. The hotel also wouldn't let me change rooms because I booked online through a discount site. So basically, if you want an updated room you have to book directly through the hotel and not through expedia/hotels.com

Cons: Told we would get a two room with two doubles and got one room.

Cons: The furniture didn't match it made it look a little outdated. It took almost ten minutes for the elevator to get to us to get to main lobby, there must be a glitch because we had to press the up arrow button to get an elevator, there's more to it but it's just annoying. The price I paid must've been for the convenience of being close to the boardwalk (about a block if that away). They need to serve a complimentary breakfast for the price I paid lol

Cons: I felt as though there was not enough lighting in the room. I wasn't satisfied with the lack of bedding but after adjusting the thermostat it didn't matter.
