The tower we stayed at was outdated which was the Dennis tower. But the location is excellent, and boy the customer service! Chuck was fantastic! Just please update all of the rooms! Outside of that very pleasurable trip!

Cons (-) Social distance rules not enforced. First room we were assigned in Dennis Tower was small, no view, cramped, and smelled bad.

Pros (+) The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom very nice, hairdryer in the bathroom. I loved the hotel to be in the center of the boardwalk, close to all the famous casinos on the beach, to the beach bara and to the ocean itself. It's my second stay in Bally's, and I would return again.
